FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q: What‘s the average cost to install tile baseboards? I‘m replacing my wooden baseboards with tile and was just wondering what an average price to just do the baseboards with tile. I have roughly 1500 inches of floorboard that is going to be done and I am looking to use 20 X 20 inch tile. No bullnoseing or anything special, just cut the tile and install. Thanks
UNLESS IT IS BATHROOM, LAUNDRY ROOM OR KITCHENS I JUST CANT PICTURE PUTTING CUT TILE IN. IT WILL LOOK TACKY WITHOUT A BULL NOSE OR A DECORATIVE STYLE. I RECOMMEND YOU JUST CHANGE OUT THE BASEBOARD TO A UPGRADED STYLE. WHAT DO YOU HAVE NOW? BASEBOARDS COME IN DIFFERENT STYLES AND SIZES FROM 2 1/2 INCH TO 6 INCH WITH DIFFERENT TOP CAPS. GO TO LOWES ETC AND CHECK THEM OUT BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Q: What techniques and tools would make it easier to go through doorways when laying ceramic floor tile
chi peppers idea seems to complicated. i would just cut the bottom of the door frames so the tile can slide underneath a bit. you cna always caulk the gap a bit. if your floors are different, you would need a transition strip (example ceramic to hardwood).
Q: Bathroom tiles are often encountered in the water dyed ugly color, the market tiles have no waterproof anti-fouling ability?
But can not be tiled after the tile with silicone or silicon Wan soaked, but also waterproof
Q: I‘m going to be putting in a tile floor in my kitchen (all cabinets and appliances removed). I have done my research and have a good idea of what I will be doing - beef up the subfloor with plywood and lots of screws for rigidity; use cement based self leveler to correct a mild slope; install backerboard or decoupling membrane (not sure which yet) followed by the tile.I have a plan, but plans tend to fall apart after their first run-in with reality. Has anyone run into types of problems they don‘t talk about on DIY network? The types of problems complete the following kinds of sentences: are you f***ing kidding me? You have to do ____ before ___? or dammit, why don‘t they tell you you need [insert name of specialized gadget] on a product that cures in 10 minutes? or boy was I an idiot for doing/not doing [insert critically important but not obvious tiling procedure here].?Much obliged, and thanks for the responses.
Get the proper trowels for the size of tile your doing. Get the proper drill and paddle to mix the thin set Mix the grout by hand or you ll incorporate air into the grout , weakening it.. They don t always show the proper way to lay out tile. Speed squares come in handy, Use a fine tipped marker, pencil marks will come off most tile doing it through a wet saw. Rent a wet saw or if you plan on tiling again, save money in the long run and buy a medium grade saw. With a stand if possible. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there. GL Btw I ll edit my post if I come up with some other hints, I m sure there are.
Q: Do I want to use the concavity of a marble tiles to make a TV backdrop, right? Help designers,
This is not very good to do, consider the next hand-painted, the effect is good, I also Nanning,
Q: I need some tiles to replace on my roof. They type of tile, I‘m told is Santa Rosa tile and is made from a reddish orange color clay, does anyone know where to get this type of tile in central California?
Tile roofs are far more common in your part of the country than they are in mine. Your best bet is to look for roofing supply businesses in your local yellow pages. If it turns out to be impossible to get the exact same tile, a substitute can always be found. If the tiles you need replaced are on a highly visible part of the house, consider removing tiles from another part of the house to make the repair match, and use the new tiles in the less visible area. Good luck with your repair.
Q: hi!i hate the tiles in the house i‘ve just taken.they are blue with white dots.My landlord does not mind changes, but i can‘t afford to change the tiles.is there anything i can do o make them look different.can you paint tiles for instance?thank you for your answers
Yes!! you can paint tiles...but be careful to buy tile paint. If you use ordinary tile paint it will peel. Buy tile paint and apply with small foam roller. Do not try to cover in one go but put light coat on then apply additional coats after the first coat has dried completely. Buy tile paint...had great results and did not peel! Quick, cheap and easier than re-tiling
Q: in the process of shopping i am coming across made in china flooring tiles, are these products durable, are they reliable, will there be a quaility issue with long term use? can anyone recommend a tile that is manufactered in the U.S.? there are so many different tiles on the market it is hard to choose, should we even be using a porcelean tile, what about vinyl sheet goods? this is a bathroom application..5‘ wide 7‘ deep

Q: Jane marble tiles how to join
See what place, if someone in the agent you can not proxy
Q: IAM REDOING MY KITCHEN FLOOR. IS PEEL STICK TILE GOOD FOR THE PROJECT N WILL IT LAST? THANKS
For most things, in general, you get what you pay for. If you buy the peel and stick tile because it is cheap, then you will have a cheap job. It never sticks as good as the manufacturer says it does. It shows ALL imperfections in the underlying floor surface. You will get goop in the areas between tiles, no matter how well you lay it. It really isn't worth it at all. I did a bathroom and kitchen area in an old house using peel stick tile, and it looked good for about a month, then it turned to crap quickly. I'd suggest either using ceramic tile or a single sheet of linoleum flooring. Good luck.
