2. Special

Recycling involves melting the scrap, a process that requires only 5% of the energy used to producealuminium from ore, though a significant part (up to 15% of the input material) is lost as dross (ash-like oxide). An aluminium stack melter produces significantly less dross, with values reported below 1%.The dross can undergo a further process to extract aluminium.

Try obediance class and crate training, the sooner the betterBe consistante with trainingMake sure your dog gets plenty of excersise this will help toGetting the animal fixed will also helpGood luck .
Q: hi, im doing a project on the element aluminumi have most of my information, but i still needd to know the number of protons it has, number of electrons, and its normal phasesorry im not like asking you guys to do my work for me, its just i cant find these things onlineplease help?
The normal phase is solid if i am not mistaken about what you are askingAs for the protons, electrons, and neutrons, that information can be located in the periodic tableHowever for your intents and purposes, there are 13 protons, 13 electrons (in the aluminum atom) and 10 electrons in the aluminum 3+ cation, and 14 neutrons in aluminum.
Q: Is the silver foil really silver? (wouldn't it make cigarettes more expensive)If not then what is the material used to make it?

Q: The british say it like 'aluminium.' is it spelled that way in the uk? in a manner similar to that of the american 'defense' and the british 'defence,' are there two different spellings in English?what im going at is the question of whether saying the word like 'aluminium' is incorrrect or not.
It's spelled ALUMINIUM here. And no, in English English you can only spell defence in one way - defence. Hope I helped!
Q: I hope this get's to the intresting questions 0_0If you don't know howStar Please :D
lemonand cover the bowl where you have it with aluminium foil; light makes it oxidate too.
Q: I am buying a bass boat because I am an avid fisherman and was wondering if it is possible to pull a skier or a tube or something with itIt has a mercury 115 outboard motor and the boat is 16 ft longAny thoughts?
What you run into with bass boats is the high performance setups they can haveFor example, a high ratio prop or the motor is lifted up a couple of inches off the transom.or bothThis would cause the boat to have a very high top end speed, but out of the hole, the prop would cavitateNot very good for pulling a skier out of the waterIf your boat has a high performance prop installed, buy an aluminum prop for it to ski withAlso the lower the pitch ratio, the better for skiing.
Q: Why does aluminum foil not react with metal sulphates? I reacted it with Zinc Sulphate, Copper sulphate and Iron sulphate and though according to its reducing properties aluminum should have displaced all three, it didnt. Does it have something to do with the fact that its in the form of aluminum foil? Or is there some other property I have to take into consideration?
It will work if you add some mercury, which will remove the protective oxide layer on the aluminium.
Q: I bought some frozen salmon and just recently cooked it in the ovenI decided to save some of it, I will be eating it tomorrow for lunchHowever, I was curious as to what is the proper way to store it in the fridgeThanks in advance
ziplock bag or wrapped in aluminum foil is the way i would do it
