- Q:How many grades of fire?rating are there for interior decoration materials?
- It can be divided into structural material and base?material based on materials. It can also be divided into flammable, flame retardant and non-combustible materials based on fireproof types. There is no fire?rating for materials. But lengths of time of flammability limits are different.
- Q:How to divide fire resistant level of fire door?
- Fire resistant level of fire door【Class A fire door】. Class A fire door is also called complete fire door. It can meet the requirement of fireproof thermal insulation and refractory integrity at the same time in specified time. Fire resistant levels are 0.5h(Grade C), 1.0h(Grade B), 1.5h(Grade A) and 2.0h, 3.0h. 【Class B fire door】Class B fire door is also called part heat insulation fireproof door. Its requirement of fireproof and thermal insulation performance is 0.5h. Refractory integrity levels are 1.0h, 1.5h, 2.0h and 3.0h respectively. 【Class C fire door】Class C fire door is also called not thermal insulation fireproof door. Ther is no requirement of its fire resistance and thermal insulation. It only meets the requirement of refractory integrity in specified refractory time. The grading of refractory integrity is 1.0h, 1.5h, 2.0h and 3.0h respectively. There is the content of not thermal insulation fire door in British BS standard.
- Q:what's the requirements of refractory for forge furnace?
- . . . . . . . .
- Q:What refractory material does cupola lining use?
- In order to improve the service life of the lower wall and the bottom leather, dense and high alumina brick can be used for masonry. The front furnace is composed of the bottom, the wall and the top. The top of the furnace is vaulted or hanging flat roof. The front furnace body is usually made of clay brick and high alumina brick, and the bottom work floor is rammed with ramming material. The material is the same as that of cupola furnace. The bridge and the front guard taphole, slag hole and other parts due to erosion by high temperature molten iron and slag erosion, lower service life, frequent repairs. Large blast furnace adopts hot blast or oxygen enriched blast, which has higher temperature and higher production capacity... The damage is faster, and it is hard to maintain production by using clay brick or high alumina brick. Should be used aluminum, carbon or corundum refractory silicon carbide castables pouring or tamping, so that the integrity of good, high strength, corrosion resistance, and therefore significantly improved service life, generally up to one year or so. Refractory materials, including chimneys and spark traps, are used in other parts of the cupola. The chimney and the cupola shaft directly connected with the shell made of steel plate, lined with ordinary clay brick, can also be used ordinary refractory castable pouring. The chimney is provided with a furnace heat exchanger, which can preheat the air to 300~500 DEG C, and the spark collector is used for catching the hot coke and dust particles brought out in the flue gas. The chimney at the top of the reflector (cover) by plate welding, can also be used to cast iron, its lining refractory coating or spraying paint.
- Q:What are the material requirements of class A fire resistant door ?
- It must meet standards of the national regulation. You may search on Baidu.
- Q:what is steel fire door made of ?
- 1. fire resistance steel door has steel made door frames, door leaf framework and door panels. if the door leaf is filled with nontoxic fire insulation material, added with fireproof hardware accessories, which consists of a door that is fire resistance. This is a steel door.
- Q:What brands are the best in the A-level refractory materials?
- These brands are good.
- Q:Are there any differences between insulation and refractory materials ?
- I will explain to you in a simple way. Refractory materials can resist more than 1200 degrees, some of which are not insulation materials, such as firebricks, which can directly contact with heat source, has little insulation effect. Ceramic fiber, high silica, etc. are all refractory materials which can insulate. Insulation materials with poor performance usually is lower than 800 degrees, which have large thermal resistance, and low thermal conductivity, high porosity. Thus they reduce the thermal loss. To put it simply, insulation materials store most of the heat and only let a small part of heat lose through the air, thus the heat has been isolated. Glass fiber, rock wool, flexible material for thermal insulation, etc. I hope you can understand it.
- Q:Does the production of refractory belong to advanced technology?
- It certainly is advanced technology as it is the new material.
- Q:How many levels are there in the classification of PP fireproof materials?
- The level of fireproof materials: A-level: Non-combustible building materials have rare chance to burn. A1-level: Non-combustible materials, no open fire A2-level: Non-combustible materials, smoke should be tested and qualified. B1-level: Fire-retardant building materials: Fire-retardant materials are good at resisting flame. It is difficult for them to burst into fire when coming across open fire in the air or at high temperature. It will not quickly get wilder and when the fire source removes, it will be extinguished immediately. B2-level: Combustible building materials: Combustible building materials can play a certain role in preventing combustion. It will immediately burst into flames when coming across open fire or at high temperature, and will lead to fire spreading, such as wooden pillars, roof frames and beams as well as stairs. B3-level: Inflammable building materials are highly flammable with no flame retardant ability, fire risk is high.
