It comes in Black or White as standard (but shouldn't matter if you are going to paint it). ABS comes in sheets .040, .060 (which is 1/16) and thicker. ABS is the common name for Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene. Another material that may work for you would be Rigid Vinyl (PVC) - it is smooth on both sides, but is still paintable. Hope this helps.
