3. Feature of Color Coating Aluminium Coil for Curtain Wall Decoration

*Such coil is specially designed to replace aluminum ingot, due to the high export tax of aluminum ingot, the coil has better price than ingot.

*This type of coil can fit customer's remelting furnace just like ingot, no need to make any change to the production line that was previously used for ingot. The standard coil size and weight is very suitable for the feed gate of furnace.

*This type of coil causes less material wastage than ingot when remelted.

*Our coil is made directly from ore, no need to go though the ingot making process, quality is much better than other suppliers who use ingot scrap to make coil.

Be free from Oil Stain, Dent, Inclusion, Scratches, Stain, Oxide Dicoloration, Breaks, Corrosion, Roll Marks, Dirt Streaks and other defect which will interfere with use

Q: What is a common reaction of this element? What is another element closely related to Aluminum?Thank youuuuu.
Aluminum is from team 3 and there for has 3 electrons in its outer shell and desires 5 to fill it. it fairly is going to react with any aspects from team 5 that want aluminum's 3 electrons.
Q: The canoe is aluminum. It has some paint remaining on it from what i am assuming is the original factory paint. The paint is just in patches, so my question is do i sand only where the paint is, or the whole canoe? Will sanding the aluminum damage it? Or should I not sand it at all, and just use paint stripper? After getting the old paint off, what kind of primer should i use? or is it not necessary to prime? What kind of paint should I use? I plan on it being multi tone(a leafy camo, of olive drab, flat black, and a gray tone).
Go to a paint trade shop tell them what your trying to achieve. They will probably suggest a primer to etch the aluminium. Once its been etched you can paint it any colour you wish. If you don't etch the aluminium, the paint will probably fall off. The etching gives the paint something to adhere to. Cheers!!
Q: I am shopping for new Rollerblades and see their newer skates have Aluminum framesand not the composite which I feel is more sturdier. What do you think of the aluminumframes? I was not impressed.

Q: Hey! I have an Aluminum MacBook (2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo, 9400m graphics processor), and I'm wondering whether it's worth updating to the new 2011 13 MacBook Pro. I'm mainly looking for two things: 1. What would be the difference between the 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo, and the 2.3 GHz i5, and 2. What would be the difference between the 9400m and the HD 3000 Graphics? Thanks! :)
The macpro is the better machine, but for most people the difference would be negligible. your aluminum is still MORE than good enough for almost all people. What are you using it for? If you're into CAD, by all means upgrade. But if you're just surfing the net, save your money. HD3000 is actually worse graphics, but the rest of the machine is better EDIT: AGAIN, it depends on what you are using it for!!! Despite using additional details, you never once discussed how it is to be used. If you read the post, it says, for most people the difference would be negligible. IF your needs are resource intensive, you might need to replace it. If your needs are not resource intensive, you can save your money. For example, I don't need to buy a new car every year, I usually make it last 5-6 years. But my computing requirements are high enough where I replace my laptops every two years and desktops alternating years so I always have a machine that is less than a year old. MOST people squeeze 4 or more years out of a computer. If you are a general ed, humanities or undeclared your aluminum would suit you just fine thgouh your lower 2 years even though it is older. You could then get a new computer for your upper division. If you were a engineering or architecture student, I'd upgrade after first year courses, If you're in business or engineering, get a PC, if you're in architecture, journalism, music or design get a mac. Any other major, it really doesn't matter. Good luck in school!
Q: How many companies have used aluminum coil?
Too many. All the companies who make the aluminum products you have seen in daily life have used it. So it is hard to explain.
Q: Is it safe and appropriate to use aluminum coils for food packaging?

Yes, aluminum coils can be used for food packaging. Aluminum is a common material in the food packaging industry due to its lightweight, durability, and excellent barrier properties against light, oxygen, and moisture. It is widely used in the production of flexible packaging, such as pouches, laminates, and foils. However, it's important to ensure that the aluminum coils meet food-grade standards and are used in accordance with food safety regulations to prevent any contamination or health risks.

Q: Are aluminum coils fire-resistant?
Yes, aluminum coils are fire-resistant.
Q: need to know the procedure for removal of aluminum windows with brick trim
We contemplated this issue ourselves... The best suggestion we got from a friend who was a window installer was to measure the existing window carefully and order a custom replacement Block frame window. To remove the existing window (once you have verified that the window you recieved is actually the size you ordered--don't skip this step!) Remove the vent and sash from the aluminum window -- this may mean some glass breakage so be careful and use gloves. Use a sawzall or reciprocating saw to cut along the outside edge of the window where the nailing fin should be attaching it to the framing beneath the block or brick. If you use the correct blade, you should have no trouble cutting through the aluminum. Make sure to wear saftey glasses as you DO NOT want aluminum shavings in your eyes! Once your opening is clear, level and plumb the new window using shims and screw directly through the inside of the window frame into the frame of the opening. You will need to get covers for the screw heads so that they don't show once your installation is complete. Good Luck!
Q: Are aluminum coils suitable for signage and advertising applications?
Yes, aluminum coils are suitable for signage and advertising applications. Aluminum is a highly versatile material that offers several advantages for these purposes. First, aluminum is lightweight, making it easy to handle and install. This is especially beneficial for large-scale signage or advertising displays. Second, aluminum is highly durable and resistant to corrosion, ensuring that the signage or advertising materials will withstand the elements and maintain their appearance over time. Additionally, aluminum can be easily fabricated and customized to meet specific design requirements, allowing for creativity and flexibility in signage and advertising applications. Moreover, aluminum is a sustainable material that is recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly choice for signage and advertising projects. Overall, the characteristics of aluminum coils make them an ideal option for signage and advertising applications.
Q: What are the potential fire hazards associated with aluminum coils?
Aluminum coils present various fire hazards that need to be addressed. The primary concern is the high flammability of aluminum, making it susceptible to catching fire easily and burning rapidly. This poses a significant danger if there is a nearby ignition source, such as an open flame, electrical spark, or hot surface. Another fire risk arises from the accumulation of dust, dirt, or other combustible substances on the aluminum coils. These materials can serve as fuel for a fire, raising the probability and intensity of combustion. To prevent the buildup of such substances, it is essential to regularly clean and maintain the coils. Improper installation or maintenance of aluminum coils in HVAC systems can also result in fire hazards. Inadequate fastening or loose electrical connections can lead to overheating and potentially spark a fire. Moreover, if aluminum coils come into contact with live electrical wires or experience a short circuit, electrical fires can occur. This may happen if the coils are installed too close to electrical components or if there are issues with the insulation or grounding of the system. Furthermore, the use of flammable refrigerants in HVAC systems heightens the fire risk associated with aluminum coils. Leaks or malfunctions in the refrigerant system can create a flammable environment around the coils, potentially causing a fire or explosion. To mitigate these fire hazards, it is crucial to adhere to proper installation guidelines, regularly inspect and maintain the coils, keep the surrounding area free from combustible materials, and ensure there are no electrical or refrigerant leaks in the system. Additionally, it is advisable to have fire detection and suppression systems in place to promptly respond to any potential fire emergencies.
