- Q: I have a nyko charging station for my xbox 360 controllers but they wont hold a charge anymore. I put them on the dock station and it says they are charged after like 15 mins but then they dont last very long. Wasnt sure if it would be the battery packs or the dock station.

- The actual battery packs are all the same. It's how you choose to charge it that's different. There's the Quick Charge kit that comes with 2 packs and plugs into a wall outlet to charge them. It comes in handy if you use more than one controller at a time. There's the Play and Charge which charges the battery with a cable through your 360 while you play. You can also use it through your computer's USB to charge. There's also the Nyko Charge Base which will charge 2 packs while they're still in the controllers. The Play and Charge is the best for your money since it's only $20.

- you might be able to find a good battery cap to help it run a little longer before your battery dies but inevitably it will happen. it might be cheaper to just carry a portable jump start kit that you charge up that way if your battery dies you got a jump right there. look forward to getting a new GOOD quality alternator within a year so as amp systems burn up factory ones quite easily.
