Q: what would happen if u didn‘t have enough iron?would your periods stop or would they just be really heavy?what would happen if u had too much iron?
Iron doesn't effect your period directly, but it DOES help to prevent anemia (low blood-iron). When you have really heavy periods, it is recommended that you take an iron supplement to help stave off this possibility. The effects of iron deficiency vary from mild to severe, with the number one complaint being fatigue, tiredness, lethargy, lightheadedness/dizziness, and fainting. The other extreme - too much iron in the blood - can lead to diabetes, arthritis, heart failure, cirrhosis of the liver, and even liver cancer
Q: WHAT ARE 3 paragraphs about the iron lung
Rick - The iron lung is an important part of medical history. By definition the iron lung is an airtight metal tank that encloses all of the body except the head and forces the lungs to inhale and exhale through regulated changes in air pressure. According to Robert Hall author of History of the British Iron Lung, the first scientist to appreciate the mechanics of respiration was John Mayow. In 1670, John Mayow demonstrated that air is drawn into the lungs by enlarging the thoracic (chest) cavity. He built a model using bellows inside which was inserted a bladder. Expanding the bellows caused air to fill the bladder and compressing the bellows expelled air form the bladder. This was the principle of artificial respiration called external negative pressure ventilation or ENPV that would lead to the invention of the iron lung and other respirators. The first modern and practical respirator nicknamed the iron lung was invented by Harvard medical researchers Philip Drinker and Louis Agassiz Shaw in 1927. The inventors used an iron box and two vacuum cleaners to build their first respirator. Almost the length of a subcompact car, the iron lung exerted a push-pull motion on the chest. In 1927, the first iron lung was installed at Bellevue hospital in New York City. The first patients of the iron lung were polio sufferers with chest paralysis. Entire hospital wards were filled with rows of iron lungs at the height of the polio outbreaks of the 1940s and 1950s. With the success of the worldwide polio vaccination programs which have virtually eradicated new cases of the disease, and the advent of modern ventilators that control breathing via the direct intubation of the airway, the use of the iron lung has sharply declined.
Q: Wear full amor of steel or Iron like Iron man, I will never die?
modern bullets can penetrate iron armors easily , paper, plastic , wood or iron almost same against fmj's simply they can't resist it. If I aim u with a decent rifle from 500meter I'll blow your ss without any problem with or without iron body armor bottom line : iron armor just a B.S against modern fire arms. FMJ A full metal jacket is a bullet encased in a shell of copper alloy (such as gilding metal or cupronickel) or a steel-alloy shell. This shell can extend around all of the bullet, or often just the front and sides with the rear left as exposed lead.
Q: Also,How is molten iron produced in order to fix broken rails on a railway lines? Thanks
iron is an element, denoted by Fe, its pure, and its a lot weaker than steel Steel is an alloy of iron and carbon and a few other materials, the carbon in the iron's mollecular structure makes it strong and flexible (to different degrees depending of how it was made, what amount of carbon was added yada yada) Iron is melted using a mix of very finely powdered iron oxide and aluminium . when you set fire to that mix (induce a reaction) the aluminium's higher affinity for oxygen propagates the (highly exothermic) reaction, leaving only pure (and molten) iron behind. cheers :)
Q: my iron is new but when i iron colored clothing it leaves like these white streaks if i don‘t cover with a cloth or something. it is aggravating. i have turned down the heat, used bottle water.
depends on the type of bottled water you are using. You have to use DISTILLED water in an iron, that is the only water without mineral deposits in it. If not a coated iron, place a thick folded towel on board, let iron get hot on high setting and 'iron' over a piece of steel wool on the towel, several strokes. Then, get a clean towel and dampen it a little and iron over it to get the residue off the iron. Then, use another towel and a piece of waxed paper. Iron the waxed paper, this will reduce 'drag' on the iron that can occur after cleaning. (Make sure you have ironed all the residue off the iron.) There are iron cleaning products that come in a tube a little bigger than toothpaste. Follow directions for cleaning a non-coated iron. If iron is coated, empty out water and put about 1/4 cup of vinegar in the iron and then 'steam' a large folded towel until all the vinegar is out. Then put in distilled water and iron another towel with steam until the iron empties. Then it should be cleaned.
Q: Who wins in this battle of the billionaries and why?I say Iron Man and Iron Fist!
Iron Man and Iron Fist. With Iron Man's Variety of Body Armors, he can use the uni-beam and blast to Batman. As for Danny, Iron Fist would use the chi-power to demolish Green Arrow's bow and arrow and his body.
Q: What is the iron curtain?how can i draw a political cartoon on it?
The iron curtain was a name for the area that separated the communist nations of Europe and the non-communist nations of Europe, that was given by Winston Church Hill in 1946. It divided Eastern Europe (in which they were communist allies to the Soviet Union) It was used to stop the spread of soviet expansion and communism. It really depends on what period your doing. If your doing the fall of the Iron Curtain in the late 1980's and the early 1990's. These are approximate dates, but it could be people who are reaching out from behind a wall or something similar to the iron curtain. Maybe you can have it being put up by politicians in Eastern Europe during the mid-1940's. Like I said before. It depends on what time period your doing.
Q: What is iron III, and how does it combine with polyatomic ions? For example, what would be the chemical formula for the combination of iron III and C2H3O2- (acetate)?
B - iron is not a group A metal, but rather a transition metal. Oxygen is a nonmetal anion.
