- Q: i have a rechargable battery pack but when i put it in the red light stays on for a second then goes to green and its not even charged
- That is a problem with the battery pack. Many people have experienced the same problem with the Play and Charge kits which also charge rechargeable batteries. The light goes from Red to Green instantly, but when unplugged the battery just dies. The battery basically cannot hold a charge anymore. Imagine you put in the battery to charge. It's ability to hold a charge as been worn out or damaged so much that it can only hold 3 seconds worth of life or charge. The charger will charge it as much as that battery can handle. It then realizes that the battery pack is full (relative to the battery's ability to charge) and display the green light to let you know that the battery can't hold any more charge and that it's filled. You will have to purchase a new rechargeable battery.
- Q: hii have a sony laptop and the battery is TERRIBLE lasting at most 30 mins. at uni and will use the laptop in lectures etc i will need to be able to use laptop without it being plugged in. i have been told that you can get external batteries that will last like 4 or so hours. does anyone recomend one?thanks

- Q: I have a Canon Rebel T3i and an extended battery pack I want to keep on my camera. I tug and tug and tug to get it out of my current bag. (Some reason it goes in easily) A case logic, with a top opening to slide in the camera lens for separate keeping with my base. I typically keep a 18-200mm as my walk around lens, and would love to keep that attached as well. It's pretty much impossible to see if any cameras have battery packs on, in images provided while I online bag shop. Any bag I buy MUST be zip shut to keep out dust and dirt! Thank You!

- The laptop battery should be easily removable, and will have small plastic slide-locks keeping it in place, and it'll just pop out, allowing you to install a new one. Less likely, it may be screwed in, but most laptops don't do that. If it is, you'll need a Philips (+) screwdriver, either gauge 00 if it's tiny, or 2 if not. I would recommend buying a new battery from Amazon over a used battery from OKorder any day. Also, try the Dell official website store. Hope I've been of some help!

- Sorry to say, but they only charge the battery pack it comes withif you try to charge regular batteries theirs a chance that they'll explode or destroy the controller.
