FAQ:
Q1: Are electronics cheap in Okorder.com?
A: Of course. They are very cheap. The factories provide the goods. One-stop sourcing.
Q2: Why are electronics so cheap in ok order?
A: On ok order they are the lowest price. Because it is a wholesale website and factory provide goods.
Q3: Do all electronics have silicon in them?
A: No but most modern ones do. Older electronics that don't require micro chips don't have to have silicon at all, and their mother boards are made from copper. Silicon is used in micro chips as a semi-conductor in modern electronics but some other semi-metals, like gallium and germanium can also be used. Silicon is just the most common because it is so plentiful.
- Q: I have a lot of usb cords, but it looks like I need to get one specifically for this camera. Any help would be appreciated.
- You have several options to solve this problem. First you could go to a electronics store (best buy) etc and ask for a compatible usb cord or firewire for your cybershot camera. since i don't know what type of cybershot it is, i don't know the exact cord. But it should take a 5 or 4 pin usb connector. Should be around 10-15 dollars. You could by an external memory card reader for your pc. This would cost 20-30 dollars but you also would have extra slots for more options using other memory cards too. Or you could simply find another sony product which can connect your memory card to pc with a normal usb 2.0 cord. i.e ( psp, another camera, sony laptop etc.) OR you could find that cord that came with your camera. hope this helps.
- Q: I had been to a tarot card reader who gave me accurate details of my life. Now for me to get married to a guy a spell has to be performed, how much should i trust the card reader. how to know if the card reader is genuine enough?Non believers please excuse. i need real help.
- No LEGIT tarot reader charges for spells, sorry. It's just a way of getting more money out of you, they're abusing the privelege of interacting with you. It's a scam.
- Q: What is the reason why the charger is designed for folding?
- Saving storage space, I was Shenzhen Liananda of charger manufacturers.
- Q: I am ordering a computer from Dell and I need to know what this Media Card Reader thing is. Is it worth it? And does it include a floppy drive?
- It's a card reader that accepts different types of flash based cards such a SD, Compact Flash, Memory Stick, etc. The most common use of them is by digital camera users. They can just take the card out of the camera and stick it in the card reader, rather than having to connect the whole camera up to the computer. I recommend that you add it to your system, theyre inexpensive and you may need it someday. UPDATED RESPONSE: Some card readers have an integrated floppy, others do not. Most don't. Check to see if Dell does it that way. Even if they don't, in most cases, if there is room, you can have both.
- Q: Are their different sizes of the memory card or the card reader?I want to buy a memory card for my mac and a mac compatible memory card reader, but I'm afraid that the card reader will only be able to read certain cards. Can anyone help me?
- Not sure I completely understand the question. I assume you are talking about a card reader for cards such as Secure Digital and Compact Flash. If so, your Mac can read any of these card types. The readers are pretty simple devices, usually using the USB standard. Pretty much all of them should work fine with your Mac. If this is not what you want, please give more detail and I will try to answer.
- Q: I have been reading tarot cards for awhile now I was asked how friends would describe my reading style. Can someone please elaborate? FYI if it helps, I do the Celtic Cross tarot spread.
- Everyone has their own style. Personally I can't stand readers who use the Celtic Cross spread for EVERYTHING. I think that its OK to just pull some cards and not have each position mean something. If you're comfortable using the CC spread than that is fine. Tarot has foundations and rules but after that you can make it your own. I have found people who only use the CC spread usually has only been reading cards for a short while and think that's the only way to do a reading. Again nothing wrong with it, just that there is so much you can do with cards if you break out of the cc spread!
- Q: I am trying to upload my pictures and im using a card reader. Do i need to download anything or have a disk to upload my pictures to my computer??
- If the comp has slots just insert from there or get a card reader (fits many size cards) and attach via USB cord to comp.
- Q: Hello,I'm buying the new LG EnV2 from verizon and i would like to put music onto it. I have never used SD memory cards and i am not sure on what to do. All i know is that I need a SD Memory Card Reader because my computer does not have an SD slot.Any recommendations on what kind of reader to get? And don't they look like Flashdrives? Also for those who have bought the new LG EnV2 what kind of SD card would you recommend for music?
- all micro sd cards are the same, go to an office supply store , way cheaper than your carrier, you can load the micro sd card download music through your usb cable, you don't have to use a reader
- Q: I desperately need help. I have a SANYO camera that I use to take videos. It's not a video camera. It's a picture camera that does take videos as well.Anyway, when I'm finished taking the video, I put the SD card that was in the camera into the card reader. The card reader was made by Targus, if that helps. Anyway, if I bring up My Computer and look into the drive and try to watch the video, it's full of lots of colors. There's no distinct images or anything. Just a lot of red, green, blue, purple, orange, etc. Like static. The audio work fine, though. I use my videos so I can edit them with Adobe After Effects. But when I put it into Ae (After Effects), it only shows the first frame, as if I had frozen it.But-- I recently download QuickTime player. If I open the video in QuickTime, it works fine. Before I downloaded QuickTime, I could watch the movie. Please help. It's very important.Info:Operating System: Windows Vista Home Basic
- Firstly, this is NOT a problem with the SD card or reader. They are digital devices, as long as the device shows up in Computer and you can see the files, then the card and the reader are fine. The problem sounds more like a codec issue. A codec is used to decode and playback the movie. It sounds like Quicktime has taken over and installed a codec for that type of movie your camera captures. You just need to re-install the software that came with the camera, or un-install Quicktime. Quicktime is an obnoxious program, it infiltrates your system and attempts to be the single point of all media playback. Its intrusive and sometimes hard to get uninstalled. Its only advantage is, there are a few Apple videos that are Quicktime format that won't play in anything else. Other than that, there is no real need to have Quicktime installed. Unless you have a Mac, that is, and then its installed by default, I believe.
- Q: I have just built my HP G60 438NR with Windows 7 32-bit. The Realtek SD Card Reader drivers were installed fine but the SD card reader isn't showing up at all. In Device Manager window, I get Unknown Device. I have installed the most current driver setup from Realtek website. But it still doesn't appear when there is a card inserted. What am I supposed to do?Any help is greatly appreciated.
- 1) Disconnected Realtek SD Card Reader and reconnected it. I wanted Windows to automatically detect the hardware change. 2) Disabled and re-enabled the controllers. a) Opened Device Manager. b) Expanded IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers. c) Un-installed each item one by one. d) Restarted the computer. 3) After the computer started, Windows reinstalled all the controllers that I've uninstalled. Then your Realtek SD Card Reader should be working.
