- Q: My bathroom is tiled all the way up the walls, which are plaster behind the tile. I need to install a vanity sink with the cupboard below, but how do I go about securing the vanity to the wall?
- If you must anchor it to the tile, you need to get a diamond tip drill bit and drill through the tiles. Its alot easier just to make it realy flush with the wall and silicone it to it so the kids wont move it around. RTV silicone is best. You could also use construction adhedisive.

- I don't know where you've been looking, but this is a good vanity set with a granite top for $750 in your size. My finace & I always spec Pegasus on projects with a budget & see them in model homes all the time. It's not top of the line, but it's pretty darn good for the money. In fact, a cabinet maker can make you a custom solid wood cabinet & you can add the Pegasus granite top for WAY under what you quoted. For a basement bath, how good do you need? Don't get nuts cause you'll never recoup your money from what you over-invested.

- Q: Need some help with placement. How far from the back wall do you place recessed lights? I think I have them spaced right just unsure of how far back. My vanity counter will be 73.5" long. Installing (3) 3" 50 watt lights over the vanity. I pretty much decided to put one light on center 36.75" from side wall and the other two 18" to each side. Does that sound good? But, how far from the back wall? I would like the light to wash down the wall and reflect the light as well. I know I will need to find some other wall sconce lights for around the mirror but would like to make correct decision on the recessed for now
