Q:How big is a full bed compared to a queen bed?: Ok...I can help but I have to give you the measurements in inches and I do not have it for all of them. I know that a twin is 40 inches wide. I know that a double is 55 inches wide. A queen is 60 inches wide and a king is 76 inches wide. I do not remember the length but I do know that it is the same for the twin, full and queen and I believe the correct answer is 70 inches. A king is as long as it is wide. A California King is longer than it is wide for the really tall people but I do not have the exact measurements. I have never heard the phrase Twin King though...and I have a king bed. I can't imagine what that is referring to. The only Kings we have here in the states are kings and California kings. Although I have seen king mattress referred to as eastern king. Now Aero beds are awesome to sleep on and made in a very different way compared to other beds. Now buy one with a pump already built-in. The downside to this buying a pump after the fact which sucks trust me and half the time you end up ordering the pump from aero anyway So spend a little more money and get the pump built it already or at least comes with a pump. If you take care of the bed it should last a long time. I bought the kids addition for my 3yr old daughter and she's had that bed for about 2 years now.
