They go deep down in your skin and harm your cells- they are even worse than tanning outdoors. They dont always work anyways, if you dont tan outside you wont tan in a tanning bed- you will burn. Try self tanners or gradual self tanners for a more natural look. I recommend Dove Energy Glow, it looks so natural, im on my third bottle already! Its cheap, smells great and works! Good luck
