FAQ:
Q1: Are electronics cheap in Okorder.com?
A: Of course. They are very cheap. The factories provide the goods. One-stop sourcing.
Q2: Why are electronics so cheap in ok order?
A: On ok order they are the lowest price. Because it is a wholesale website and factory provide goods.
Q3: Do all electronics have silicon in them?
A: No but most modern ones do. Older electronics that don't require micro chips don't have to have silicon at all, and their mother boards are made from copper. Silicon is used in micro chips as a semi-conductor in modern electronics but some other semi-metals, like gallium and germanium can also be used. Silicon is just the most common because it is so plentiful.

- Bo, I can barely turn on my computer.
- Q: How Can You Transfer Files To The SD Card to The DSi Without An SD Card Reader.
- You need a device that can read SD cards and that you can connect to your PC. For example if you have a digital camera that uses SD cards, you could insert the SD card into the camera and connect it to your computer using a USB cable. Then you should be able to transfer your files to the camera (actually to the SD card).
- Q: i was thinking of putting it into a game console and then use a usb cable, but i dont know what games u can put a sd card in. any ideas would be greatfull help me plz.
- The general rule is if there is an SD card port than you can put it in there. But I don't think a game system will read a SD card and route the information to a computer thru a cable. The game system will not have the capabilities of reading the card, unless it is a game card and in that case the computer probably won't read the information. You can get a card reader for relatively cheap.
- Q: How can you tell if your computer has a built i card reader
- You should be able to see a slot that's about a inch or so long and about a couple millimeters wide. Of course it should be printed right by that slot saying something like multi-media card slot(s). You could also look at your pc's manual if you have one if not go to the manufacturer's website and look up your specific model and it will list all the features and specifications of your computer including if it has a card reader. Good luck!
- Q: how much does it cost:$:$:$@ wal marthow do i use it to transfer pics from my camera to my laptop? not a technology-wise person:(
- a card reader is basically a small device that plugs directly in your USB port, or through a USB cable. Some are made to read one type of card, some are made to read many different types of cards. all you do is plug in your card reader into your laptop, and then plug in your memory card into the card reader. It should work without any software. anyway, you can get a card reader for about $10
- Q: I am trying to transfer a set of files from my computer to my MiniSD card. My computer has no slot, nor a card reader, so I have to put it into the SD slot on my printer. The computer is a Dell XPS210 working on Vista, and the printer is a Kodak All In One.When I try to put a file on it, it states that the card is protected. The card is unlocked and sharing is enabled for all users. What is the problem?
- The card is probably formatted in a format the computer doesn't understand. Some systems require cards to be formatted in a specific format so it can read it. Example NTFS FAT32 FAT Don't format the card now if it's loaded with pictures. Try to transfer the pictures via a usb cable that connects to the camera instead. Maybe that will allow the transfer. Sometimes you can copy the card data into a storage chip within the camera.

- Q: I just baught a Targus universal 32 in 1 card reader/writer to upload my pictures to my computer off of my XD memory card. We have windows XP in the instructions it tells us that only with windows 98 do you need to download the drivers for the software to work. We plugged in the USB adapter and cord with the memory card in it to the computer and the blue light turns on, but nothing happens. nothing pops up. My boyfriend says it is supposto install drivers, but that it wont automatically find it. has anyone had this problem. or does anyone know what we might be doing wrong?. thanks!
- with a Targus universal 32 in 1 card reader/ writer in windows XP it should be fine 1st be sure u have a programe like photoshop elements or editing suite. 2nd insert the XD CARD 3rd automatically windows should find the data on the Xd Card; and then your photo editing suite will attempt to transfer the data instantly to be edited. Happy Xmas! Win XP - should not normally need drivers for that type of thing.
- Q: i bought a card reader to import my pics n vids. going to the removeable disc drive, the pics upload fine into picasa. but i cant get the vids to upload. i can see them thru quicktime but i cant save them on my comp. is there another way i can save them other than picasa? thanks
- Yes, copy/paste from your card reader to your MyComputer/videos folder. Then import them into your editing software. Windows Movie Maker does not support mp4 (quicktime) video files. You would have to convert them using a video converter like handbrake.fr/ to use them in WMM. My advice, get some good editing software if you plan to do a lot of editing.
