- You mean the lugnuts are off? try spraying oil, or liquid wrench or even pour brake fluid between the wheel and hub and let it soak, then yank on it back and forth or use a rubber mallet to hit the backside of the rim, if its really that stuck after all that lower it back to the ground w/ the lugnuts off but you could chip the rim if it pops out hard
