CMAX ceramic fiber board are manufactured in a wet vacuum forming process by blending the chopped ceramic fiber with inorganic or organic binders for excellent abrasive resistance at high temperature. The products are classified as STD, HP, HA, and HZ respectively corresponding to different maximum service temperature 1000℃,1100℃,1200℃,1350℃ and 1430℃.

- If the ceramic fiber blanket or ceramic fiber board is only made of refractory castable interlayer insulation, the surface does not need hardening. As refractory castable, it is necessary to use high temperature resistant stainless steel anchor to reinforce. The ceramic fiber insulation layer only needs to be fixed on the stainless steel anchor, so there is no need to deal with too much.
