- No all of them are pretty much what the first comment pointed out that they are a waste of moneyI am actually learning all of this at my tafe cause i am studying fitness, the best way to loose weight is to get up early around 6-7ish exercise first before you eat and try and eat healthy like your proteins for in the morning and make sure you drink plenty of water during the day atleast 2-3 litres, if you try and cut soft drinks, cordial and juices out of your eating habits thats also advisable and helps alot, make sure you do excercise even if you do Zumba for an hour every day, because i am aalso a zumba instructor it is amazing how much weight people loose just by doing zumba once a day for an hour as you do loose 1000 kj, you can have a bad day once a week or month but try and make it different as it tricks your body because if your body is doing the same thing all the time and eating same food iy is harder for you to loose the weight, you will find that with exercise you will also feel alot more healthier and have more energy :) hope atleast some of this information helped you.
