Q: Okay, i knitted the first round on my circular needles and after that you're supposed to knit the tail AND working yarn into the first 3 stitches but I mistakenly knit ONLY the tail into those stitches and tried to undo them but after i pulled off those 3 knitted stitches from the needle they were a mess so i can't put them back on the left needle to re-knit them againSo instead of starting my project over again, is there any way I could add those 3 stitches i up even though it would be adding new stitches in the middle.well beginning of my second round? If there is no way then i'm prepared to just start over:/
i don't think it will be a cast matel since cast matels are known to be brittle they could easily break, they are missioned i guess.
Q: I am going to camp in a few months and we do tons of swiming and stuff that has to do with getting wet all day, I wount have time to straighten my hair every time it drys after I get out of the pool, water, ectMy hair is naturally curly, but my hair is a little past my sholders so it is more quot;frizzyquot; curly than wavy.It looks ugly once it drys! Is there anyway I could treat my hair or whatever to get it to look more straight and wispy than fuzzy and curly, Oh and I have side bangs and layers, my hair abit past my sholders and its brown. Thanks!!
Use an intense deep conditioning conditioner ( salon style) Don't wash everyday this will reduce the natural oil your body producesDeep conditioner regularly to help with frizz and do this at least once a weekWhen you swim without a cap use a swimming shampooOr use a cap so the chemicals don't get to your hairStay away from heat such as curling iron, blow dryers ( the worst)If you use a flat iron use one that has 100 % ceramic plates or tourmaline plates and low settingsThese don't damage your hairAnd use a heat thermal spray so it doesn't damage your hairDon't use styling gel use Conditioning Styling cream instead to help keep the moisture in your hairHope this helps
Q: Also, is thin set and tile underlayment the same thing? What is Tec Full Flex and Sturdi FlexObviously I am having tile put in my house and I have no idea what I'm talking about!!!
Tray Ceiling Framing
Q: I have a home built in the late 70's there is insulation in the walls and ceilingI think about 4 inches thickThere is NO attic none at all the ceiling is vaulted to give very high interior spaceThe insulation in the ceiling is about the same as the walls about 4 inches or so.What are my options to increase the insulation? I know we could take down the interior walls and re-insulate with better material but i would love to hear other effective options.i live in SE MA (fall river / taunton are the two closest cities to me)
First you have to convert the given density to how many grams/cm3then you use this as a conversion factor to set up an equation with only one unknown (the thickness), and solve for that unknownNote that you have to flip the conversion factor so that the correct units cancel outSo: 3.77g x ?cm3/?g 30cm x 28.8cm x Xcm Re-arrange to: [ 3.77g x ?cm3/?g ] / [ 30cm x 28.8cm ] X cm notice that all the units cancel out nice n' neat, leaving only the answer units of cm.
Q: what are foods with high fibers? and what does high fiber do for one's health?
You need a ceramic straightener (not ceramic coated, but ceramic through and through)You will also need some kind of spray in heat shieldAlso, some straighteners allow you to turn down the temperature.
Q: I own a ranchThe top floor is about 1/3 a finished room, with the other 2/3 being an atticThe wall between the room and the attic is apparently not insulated very well, and the small baseboard heater for the finished room is against the attic wall, so all the heat just goes right out, and the room is very cold in the winterI'm looking to insulate the attic side of this wallIt doesn't have to look especially pretty since it's on the attic sideI'm just wondering which insulation for this type of job is a) best, b) most value for the buck, and c) not impossible to install for the average personBlown-in is not an option since it's basically plywood between the rooms and nothing to hold it in.Thanks!
Lots of different types of insulating ideasWhat nobody has addressed is the vapor barrier issue, which needs to be between the insulation and the warm side of the wallIt needs to be an unbroken sealNormally, a sheet of 6 mil plastic is stapled and taped to the studs of an outside wall before the wallboard is appliedSince you are doing it from the back side of the wall, or cold room, you can't get a continuous sheet of polyYou're best bet is to use rigid styrofoam, or the spray on stuff.which isn't cheap.
Q: Is the tresemme thermal creations gel any good or is the heat tamer spray enough? and how much is max to spend on a good straightener?(i dont want a cheapy dodgy 20 buck 1)
Tresemme Straightener
Q: I'm considering trying to get more protein with the right amount of fiber to support it but not overdoing the protein, I don't wont to develop gout or anything lol! So, no I am not talking about Atkins or whatever, just changing my daily % that I eat of those categories that's all.Take for instance I'm thinking of the following:1270 cal per dayProtein (27%) 85.73g per dayUnsaturated Fat (18%) 25.4g per daySaturated Fat (4%) 5.64g per dayCarbohydrates (51%) 161.93g per dayRecommended Fiber 45g to 70.73g per dayI am a FemaleFive Feet and Three Inches25 years of ageI currently weight 173.5 (as of four days ago, last weighed)I am VeganSo, quot;Is a High Protein High Fiber Diet a healthy dietquot;?
You have dreams every night whether u remember them is a different storyYour body every night has different stages of sleep rem sleep of rapid eye movement ur eyes move aroun a lot but most ur senses shut off this part of sleep is where most dreams occur but u dream every night part of how ur body copes with daily problems
Q: Thoughout the USA which foam insulation company has done the most sprays and is regarded to as the best in its business? (dow, bayer, icynene, etc.)
Probably notIf it were possible then everyone would be walking around with cracked teeth.
Q: what BRAND of flat iron do you own?
ConairI hear a ceramic one is best for all hair types everyone owns GHD, Chi, and so on .at least people that i askTry an ionic one if your looking for one because they condition hair instead of burning itAlso everyone that uses them: it is so important to use a thermal protection product beforehand ( i recommend frizz-ease thermal protection or Chi) good luck finding a good oneI have a link under sources to ones i am considering switching to
