Pex pipe is very good stuff and if it's not leaking now under pressure it's not going to. If you won't to play it safe though you could wrap it all in a heavy gauge plastic sheeting . Then funnel that sheeting into a pipe that you run to the crawlspace or basement if you have one. If you're on a slab foundation you have to get creative as to where to route such a pipe. Still I think you're very safe. Pex pipe and the fittings are very reliable.
