Q: Who invented the earliest vacuum cleaners?
1907 Ohio inventor Shiban Guerra made cleaner light, he was the administrator in a shop, in order to reduce the burden of the carpet, a vacuum cleaner is made, with fans will create a vacuum dust inhalation machine, and then into the pocket
Q: Hans Klobber sells vacuum cleaners. He gets to keep one eighth of his sale as a commission. How much must he sell in order to earn $1000?
He must sell $8000 because if he kept one eighth of it, he would have $1000
Q: A guy who had a heart attack said they gave him a pamphlet at the hospital that said to avoid cars and vacuum cleaners because they vibrate. He also said the latest research on fish oil shows it doesn't do anything for your health.
This question is bogus because all hospitals handout only approved american heart association pamphlets after heart disease. THIS is not one of them! so what is the double meaning or mean spirited nature of this question? As far as a food supplement goes many medical establishments refuse to acknowledge the their benefit because the big pharmaceuticals can not make money off them because they are not proprietary exclusive products!
Q: My mother needs a new vacuum. I told her I'd research for her. She's 84 and doesn't use a computer.

Q: I have just a small apartment and need to get a small vacuum cleaner. But something that has good suction, and won't be useless after 5 uses. A few years ago, I bought a Bissell quot;stickvacuum cleaner and it was a waste. It barely picked up dirt from a floor, let alone a carpet. Any good suggestion will be appreciated.
Try a Shark Rocket (model HV300). I have one and it does a good job at cleaning carpets and hard floors!
Q: I'm shopping for a new bagless vacuum. I'm not worried about allergies, but I don't want dust flying back out of my vacuum. While one that uses a micro-filtratation may be cheaper than one with a HEPA filter, will it meet my need?
Bag less are terrible regardless of the hype. Check out a vacuum cleaner called a Sanitaire....they might have a web site A cleaner is different that a sweeper. A true cleaner actually lifts the carpet so air can move through it and clean deeper and better. Vacuum sweepers pickup far less. You will be much happier with a bag type. I have a Dyson and it is awful. Rethink the bag less idea. you will be sorry if yo buy one
Q: I am looking for low priced pro vacuum cleaners that suck real hardwhere can i find them online
try this OKorder store
Q: Do you have one and what do you like about it. everyone talks about pet hair but what about just plain old dirt and dust. I live in arizona and its a nightmare I have to dust daily. also one that is also great on stairs too without killing my back. Thanks

Q: I have two upright Vacuum Cleaners, a 1997 Hoover Turbopower 2, and a 1979 Electrolux 502S, and was wondering how long the drive belts usually last ? On the Turbopower, I had to change the original belt about 3 months ago, as it was starting to slip, which means its belt lasted about 14 years. Is that normal ? Or was it incredibly lucky to last so long ?As for the Electrolux, it obviously doesn't have the original belt, and since I only got it 2 days ago, and didn't ask the previous owner when she last changed it, I have no idea how old it is, only that it still works fine.
it would depend on the quality of the belt and the usage and the humidity .. most usually last for two or three years == as they are considered an expendable item
Q: I'm shopping for a Good-quality vacuum cleaner for my home.I'm replacing the worn-out bagless / upright Dirt Devil(r) unit that my sister bought for me sometime ago. lt;-I find that this unit simply does not CLEAN as well as I want / need it with the suction pulling-in from the side of the beater-brush. (I find that this unit only quot;cleansin 2-inch lines at the intake-side of the brush-head. :-(Considering my shopping (location) options and unit brands; I find HOOVER, DIRT DEVIL, and SHARK at my Wally World at a price-range of $49.00 -gt; 285.00I am considering to also shop / browse at my local KIRBY location.Am I correct to presume that a vacuum cleaner with suction from the Center of the brush-head cleans better than a unit that pulls from the side - or should I expect a unit with a stronger brush-head to clean my carpet and tile surfaces better? And how VALUABLE is a detachable hand-held pipe to my new vacuum cleaner when I have no indoor upholstery?
