- Q: Just in case the power goes out, I would like to still be able to see where I am vacuuming.Anyone know a vacuum that has an inbuilt light that you would recommend? I know KIRBY make one, but they are very expensive.I am hoping for one at say less than $150 if possible.
- how are you going to vacuum when the power is out?
- Q: Toy vacuum cleaners, mops, pretend kitchens and stuff like that?? Isnt that kind of wrong? Seriously.
- the market settles all accounts. If there demand for any other toys we would supply you. You want a six foot purple sock? Place your orders, I would be happy to design and sell it. I would cover you in peanut butter and sell you a rhinocerous if it were profitable. Little girls want to play mommy, they learn thier roles from society not the toy isle. It may even be innate, much as half the fems don't like the idea. Some feminists accept societal roles while still wanting some fairness and love.
- Q: I know this may sound ridiculous, but whenever my parents run the vacuum cleaner, I get a really bad headache and I really want to get out of the house. I think it's because it's so loud, it blocks out every other sound and the sound is so annoying it's like nails on a chalkboard.Except that doesn't explain the panic attacks I get when I hear that sound 75% of the time. =/Any advice? Please?
- So you have a phobia for vaccum cleaners. A phobia is defined as being scared something will happen in the future. (Something like that) So the only thing you can do or the best thing to do in my opinion is to face it. Its a treatment actually. What you do is stay there when they vacuum. And even when your anxiety raises to the top. Because the way panic attacks work is they go up, and they hit the ceiling, and have to lower. So if you stay there, and let your anxiety peak, then lower back to regular. The fear that something bad will happen in the future will disappear. Or weaken largely. Because your sitting there, and nothing is happening, and even though you know inside nothing will happen to you your mind still reacts that way. (Like some people are afraid of bunnies) So sit through the vacuuming and I am sure that you will be able to face it time after time after that :D
- Q: They are just sitting around my bedrooms. How do I hide them away?
- My mother-in-law has a cloth cover shaped like a country mouse with a long, flowing dress for her upright vacuum, but that might not be everyone's style.
- Q: Any information you can provide about these models would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Have a wonderful day.
- the price tristar is a door to door sales gimmick - a traveling vacuum sales man sells an over priced product to silly women whose husbands have too much disposable income is there really any difference in the actual vacuum - probably not - just the outside case and maybe a new attachment - ohhh and more cost
- Q: how is bagless an improvement over the old fashioned vacuum cleaners with bags? I hate having to deal with the filth that comes out of the bagless machines. What was wrong with the bags? Am I missing something here?
- I bought a bagless, and loved it so much I bought one for my upstairs so I didn't have to carry it up and down, and bought one for my Mom. Did I mention I threw out a $400 machine that was older, but still worked well, to get the upstairs one? Mom had a even more expensive machine, and when it broke, I replaced it with a $50 Walmart special and it picked up stuff the expensive one never had. The bagless ones have ssssssssssooooooooooo much more suction. They get fuzz out of carpet that you never even saw. And when you need to dump, it is no big deal, just replace the paper filter every year or so, maybe longer. I get not liking the dust and stuff when you dump, but I did the 'tv style test' and ran my older bagged machine and then the cheap bagless over the same area. You would not believe how much it picked up the bagged one had missed. And it wasn't even a bagged one that didn't work well, it worked as good as ever, the bagless was just better.
- Q: Every time I vacuum in my house, my dog comes running over, apparently all excited because I brought out the vacuum cleaner. But then if you bring it within 2 feet of her, she backs away. She always seems half afraid of it, half interested in it. I'm pretty sure a lot of dogs behave strangely when there's a vacuum cleaner around. But why?
- It's probably a natural thing. At least she's not like my cat. My cat hates ANYTHING involved with cleaning: vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops... You name it. My cat is strange that way.
- Q: who buys commercial used vacuum cleaners dallas, tx?
- Pretty much anyone who needs one but can't afford a new one.
- Q: i heard that the motor filter are recommanded to change cos they clog up dust easily n cant wash with water. is there any other cons of dyson machines that you plp can help to list?
- I have had it 5 yrs and encountered no problems.
- Q: I'm shopping for a Good-quality vacuum cleaner for my home.I'm replacing the worn-out bagless / upright Dirt Devil(r) unit that my sister bought for me sometime ago. lt;-I find that this unit simply does not CLEAN as well as I want / need it with the suction pulling-in from the side of the beater-brush. (I find that this unit only quot;cleansin 2-inch lines at the intake-side of the brush-head. :-(Considering my shopping (location) options and unit brands; I find HOOVER, DIRT DEVIL, and SHARK at my Wally World at a price-range of $49.00 -gt; 285.00I am considering to also shop / browse at my local KIRBY location.Am I correct to presume that a vacuum cleaner with suction from the Center of the brush-head cleans better than a unit that pulls from the side - or should I expect a unit with a stronger brush-head to clean my carpet and tile surfaces better? And how VALUABLE is a detachable hand-held pipe to my new vacuum cleaner when I have no indoor upholstery?
- Dyson has been the best vacuum that I've ever owned, good luck!
