- You didn't state the model or year or the type of rear brake (drum or disk), so I'll be rather general. From your description, I'm guessing you have drum brakes on the rear axle. Before doing anything, try this: start in reverse instead of ahead - is it any easier? If yes, the wear-recovery device sticks. In either case, the rear brake mechanism (or calipers) should be dismantled, checked fo wear (likely premature wear of pads due to seizing), cleaned and reinstalled. Check that the springs (on drum brakes) are correctly installed, that the drum/disk surfaces are evenly worn and that the pistons move freely along their entire travel. Check also the state of the seals and replace if necessary (worn/broken seals lead to pistons rusting and sticking). This is a good moment to do some bleeding as you'll have released the bleeding valves to move the pistons. Next, check the parking brake cable, linkage and levers - they, amay also cause or contribute to the problem. Not using the parking brake increases the sticking effect. If the car is old, replacing the cable is the best strategy. It should never be lubricated. On disk brakes, caliper and pad guide metal surfaces may be slightly lubricated with hi-temp (copper) grease. Keep it well away from the friction surfaces and disks. - skateboard wheels range from 40mm-60mm the most common ones are in the 50mm range. The bigger the wheel the faster you'll go. Vert riders used bigger wheels like from 55mm and up. street skaters use smaller wheels. the smaller the wheel the lower you are to the ground making flip trick easier. I use 52-54mm it's not that big of a deal really if you use smaller wheels like a 51-53mm and have low trucks you'll probably need a riser pad to stop from wheel bite, which is when the wheel hits the deck and stops. I recomend an 1/8 inch riser anyways it helps the board from flexing around the truck bolts and making hairline cracks which is why a lot of skateboards brake. The best size of wheel is up to you as a beginner i'd start off with 53 or 54mm and good bearings like bones reds.

- Dont tie it directly to motor or ferris wheel. The ferris wheel should be tied right in the middle for starters with the motor directly below it. Make an O out of the fishing line and hook it around the motor and ferris wheel. If it slips you could wrap the motor part and ferris wheel part that come in contact with the string with a rubber band for traction. Make sure the string is tight around the ferris wheel connection and motor connection. The string should act like a belt the just continually spins the wheel by the motor. Hope this helps!
