Q: There are 3 wheels in a F2K trebuchet: 2 wheels attached to the arm, and one guide wheel attached to the frame. Can they be any size? Do they all have to be uniform? Anyone know if there are ratios?
They are all a waste of money, you may get 2 more hp, and you will confuse the ECM.
Q: I saw the 3 wheel motorcycles, however I have my ninja 250 still (I plan on keeping it) What do you guys/ girls think? 2 wheelers or 3 and explain.
Many three-wheelers which exist in the form of motorcycle-based machines are often called trikes and often have the front single wheel and mechanics similar to that of a motorcycle and the rear axle similar to that of a car. Often such vehicles are owner-constructed using a portion of a rear-engine, rear-drive Volkswagen Beetle in combination with a motorcycle front end. Other trikes include ATVs that are specially constructed for off road use. Three-wheeled automobiles can have either one wheel at the back and two at the front, (for example: Morgan Motor Company) or one wheel at the front and two at the back (such as the Reliant Robin). Due to better safety when braking, an increasingly popular form is the front-steering tadpole or reverse trike sometimes with front drive but usually with rear drive. A variant on the 'one at the front' layout was the Scott Sociable, which resembled a four-wheeler with a front wheel missing. Three-wheeler cars, including some cyclecars, bubble cars and microcars, are built for economic reasons: in the UK for tax advantages, or in the US to take advantage of lower safety regulations, being classed as motorcycles. As a result of their light construction and potential better streamlining, three-wheeled cars are usually less expensive to operate.[citation needed] Three-wheeler transport vehicles known as auto rickshaws are a common means of public transportation in many countries in the world, and are an essential form of urban transport in many developing countries such as India and the Philippines. Auto rickshaws are a form of novelty transport in many Eastern countries.
Q: Hello... I like to know the difference on chrome platted and chrome polish wheels , which one is better.
Just do what I did and go black! :oP!!!!
Q: The relationship between the steering wheel and the wheel
More appropriate metaphor is in fact the relationship between parents and children, in the wrong direction of their children, parents will always guide the correction, and the way forward only by their own way.
Q: My steering wheel shakes when I brake at varying speeds. My rear tires are in fact worn out unevenly. I recently replaced all of my brake pads and they said the rotors were fine. Could it be wheel alignment? I have a 2005 altima.
If it were a wheel alignment issue, the car should wobble at high speeds too. The rotors may need to be turned/resurfaced because you may not have changed the brake pads in time and thus it damaged the rotors. How recently did you change the pads? It could also be that the pads are worn out again, it depends on how often you use the brakes.
Q: what are some of the benefits of having rear wheel drive, especially in sports cars? Thanks in advance!!
FWD results in over steer and torque steer at high horsepower levels... non issues with rear wheel drive.
Q: hey! so i heard this song and i need to know what its called.it goes like and the wheels keep on turnin‘ (and the wheels keep on turnin)its kind of slow, kind of country.help!!!

Q: i skate on the road in front of my house and on my patio. im looking for good wheels for that can take a hard landing without cracking. if possible under $30
bones are the best. small wheels which is 48mm-53mm i think are good for street because they slide which is better for reverts and powerslides. Also when you do a 180 on the street you usually have to slide it around a bit. big wheels which are 53mm-60mm are good for droping in and going fast so you dont slide. they will grip better and wont slide. 53mm i s an all around wheel
Q: I‘m just starting roller derby and I‘m trying to figure out how to put outdoor wheels on my skates. I have the wheels and bearings, and some tools, I just don‘t know how to put the wheels on. X3
I'm sure you know where the bearings go put them in with either a bearing press, or really you can just use your hands if your hands are strong. take the nut off the track on your skates (the roundish part that looks like it's holding your wheels on sits above the bearing) and the old wheels will come right off. slide the new wheels onto the post that's left, and tighten the nut around it (not too tight though just tight enough so your wheels don't wobble). I just hope you mean indoor/outdoor wheels rather than outdoor outdoor will **** you up on the track. try sugar wheels and if you're just trying to do this so you get more grip, put for sticky wheels (for example, the sugars mentioned above) on the left side of your skates (so it'd be inside on your right foot, outside on your left) and keep your regular wheels on the other side. they'll help you keep your speed and the indoor/outdoor will help you keep your grip. hope that helps!
Q: What should I use to connect an axle to 2 tapered wheels
yes. my husband and i are contractors and do it all the time. I hate copper!
