Q: 1999 Ford Explorer, everything worked fine. Recently had a lot of front end parts repaired.Today I replaced the rotors, pads and caliper brackets (all brand new parts) on the front wheels. After this, the steering wheel and front wheels vibrate when turning whether the car is in park, stopped with the brakes applied or moving. I touched nothing related to the steering as far as I can tell. I checked the power steering fluid and it is full. There are no unusual vibrations or noises coming from the engine. If I stand outside the car and turn the wheel, I can see the tires shake.Any ideas?
Steering Wheel Shakes When Turning
Q: im looking at some sportmax wheels and also BBS wheels. i want to lower my car when i put these wheels on , do i need to install a camber kit or anything?
often situations whilst the brake pads get too skinny the caliper piston would be pushed previous its known variety and stick.this might reason the wheel to fasten up in spite of out stepping on the brake.Have a Tech seem at it and grant his/her suggestion
Q: What is the wheel tread
Locomotive wheel tread (locomotive wheel tread) the contact part of the wheel and rail. Tread. Tread with the inside of the rails protruding part of the known as the rim, the role of the rim is to prevent the wheel derailment, the wheel through the curve, the rim and the outside The inside of the rail contact, guide the locomotive running on the curve. Tread shape of the locomotive running performance has a great impact, the design must be reasonable. Tread must have a slope, Figure 1 for the Chinese locomotive taper tread shape. In the axle on the wheel, the two wheel edge distance of 1353mm, in the wheel assembly must be strictly checked when the size, the distance determines the gap between the rim and rail
Q: What is the hard drive and pedal hard?
Your brake cradle is poorly stuck! Open to clean up the rust with water sandpaper polished smooth air to get the air.
Q: My rear driver‘s side wheel is vibrating on my 2001 Hyundai Sonata. It seems to vibrate worse at highway speeds. the wheel vibrated with my old tire (before it went flat), with the donut, and after 4 new tires and a front end alignment (for an unrelated vibrating issue), it continues to shake the entire vehicle. But I have also noticed that when I go around a left curve, (and turn the wheel to the left), the vibration disappears. When the wheel is straightened back out, the vibration returns. I‘ve heard it could be the wheel itself, but the donut is a completely different wheel that still vibrated. When I take the wheel off and turn the rotor, it doesn‘t spin smoothly, and makes a scraping sound during the revolution (possibly rubbing on the brake pads?). Is this part of my problem? I have had the entire wheel bearing assembly replaced in that wheel within the last 2 years. Any advice on what this could be would be very helpful. Thank you.
It SEEMS LIKE its coming from the rear. Its not. Its not even the wheels at all. It is the steering gear box. I am a professional and had the same problem MANY TIMES! If it was the wheels, it would be the same all the time. Since it is not the same all the time it is the steering gearbox or something in the steering mechanism. Also you said you took off the wheel and spin it. Scraping noise is normal when the wheel is off
Q: I just got a hedgehog a week ago today and in preparation of getting him, of course I got him a wheel. I did some research in order to find a suitable wheel, one with a flat surface and was quiet. I stumbled across the Storm Wheel. When I picked up my hedgehog, my breeder asked me about my wheel so i told her about the Storm Wheel. She was really really against it for some reason and told me that they were health risks and could take off a leg. She told me that this is what her vet told her and so I immediately bought a Wodent Wheel from her store. This wheel is also very quiet but unfortunately the poop gets trapped inside there and just makes a giant rattle. Is the CSW a health risk because I see and read just about everyone having them. I want to use it because the poop won‘t get trapped and also its silent.
In 15 years of taking care of hedgehogs, I've never heard about bucket wheels such as the CSW taking off a leg and I'm surprised to hear that the source of that information is a vet. Perhaps the vet blamed the wheel for what something else in a hedgehog's cage did, or was given bad information by the hedgehog's owner when they took it in? I don't know. There are some wheels that are indeed dangerous for hedgehogs, but bucket wheels aren't one that I've heard of being so. I guess any wheel could be a danger if it wasn't maintained properly (making sure the bucket was securely attached to the frame at all times, that the frame was solid and not prone to tilting suddenly, etc.) The only main concern with bucket wheels is making sure the angle the running surface is at is just slightly tilted towards the front (the open part of the bucket) to let urine drain off if the hedgehog pees on the wheel. Bucket wheels are pretty easy to clean if you spray them with cold water and then let them sit for 15 minutes or so.
Q: Do these tires fit my wheels?
challenging issue. do a search at google or bing. this will help!
Q: I‘m thinking of getting a Syrian hamster but I don‘t know which wheel to get.i‘ve found a website that has the comfort wheel and the wodent wheel the comfort wheel is about half the price of the other one but I don‘t know which one to get can anyone help me in which one i should get.
The wodent wheel is apparently very good, personally I recommend the 11 Trixie wheel. It doesn't arch the Syrians back so it's perfect for them. It's also very quiet!
Q: How to polish the wheels
Do you want your wheels to look glittering? A beautiful shiny rim will make your car look more eye-catching. Here we will provide a Polish wheel to guide you. You will need the following tools to help with the job: two bottles of paint, plastic scraper or metal wool sponge (which helps remove the remaining thin layer of paint), wet or dry sandpaper abrasive. Metal polishing or kneading compounds is the last step in the whole process, which will make your wheels look sparkling, and during operation you have to do some protective equipment including gloves, goggles and long-sleeved shirts. Now you should remove all the wheels, it is best to remove the tire steel ring. Take your wheels thoroughly and then remove the old paint. You can use a hose with water while using a plastic scraper or metal hair to scratch the rest of the more difficult to handle the paint. Now, the use of gravel sandpaper friction wheel, constantly sandpaper stained with water on the wheel to do circular motion. From the middle part, gradually outward, repeat this step. Finally, the use of kneading compounds or metal polishing and the use of angle grinder, so that the wheel surface smooth, so perfect finish. The whole process may take half a day or so, but it is worth it.
