Features standards and products of our butt welding fittings:

Features of butt welding fittings:

1.       High class materials

Our products only use high class raw materials of carbon/alloy steel pipes made from NKK or MANNESSMANN equipment for ordinary, high pressure, low/high temperature, boiler and other purposes.

2.       Uniform wall thickness and perfectly round

This can be achieved by our particular technical knowhow and our quality control program.

3.       Accurate dimension

Efficient piping work can be made only with fittings of correct dimensions and shapes. Our fittings are finished to have accurate straight/ plane ends, beveled angle...etc. to applicable standards by means of two or three spindle beveling machines.

Standards of butt welding fittings:

Our welding fittings are manufactured in compliance with the following appliance standards:

ASME B16.9   ASTM A234   MSS-SP43   WPHY60   JIS B2311   DIN2605

                      ASTM A403   MSS-SP75   WPHY65   JIS B2312   DIN2606

Q: i think i may be pregnant..if my boss fires me or lays me off after he finds out can i get him in any trouble? what if he waits till after matertinity leave
She? That's usually a male trait.
Q: i was wondering cuz we were messing around with one we found and my boyfriend said to make sure i dont breathe it in. i didnt try to and did and it wasn't much but i was curious if that's why he said not to(he hates people getting high) i wasnt trying to by the way. i'm just curious.
The interconnect signals aren't standard across different manufacturers (and sometimes not even between different models from the same manufacturer). I'd be inclined to just bite the bullet and replace them all with the same model at the same time (then you know they'll work together). The wired interconnect models may never be standardized as it appears most manufacturers are moving towards the wireless interconnects (which probably aren't standardized either). :/
Q: A friend at work had some negative info on his criminal record that is available to the public. Another co-worker found this information and attached his findings to an email and sent it out as a blanket email to all of the other co-workers. Is this legal since it was a public record? or is it illegal?
Well I'm in eastern standard time, and it's 2:09 PM, day of Elimination Chamber. That said, the match in question has not taken place yet, seeing as how the event itself doesn't start until 7:00 PM. Anyway, the point of the Shield losing isn't for the Shield, it's pretty much for Bray Wyatts big push. I think it's highly probable that the Shield will lose, but it hasn't happened yet, so hold your horses. lol.
Q: Where do people park at the fire hydrant factory?
It isn't called extended boot camp it is call OSUT. (16 weeks) You learn to follow orders, dress properly, be a good soldier, etc. Teach you to shoot properly, basic patrol and drills, and we are better because we are better funded.
Q: i am rediing my furnitureits not old or anything i bought it a year agobut i recently renovatedand my furniture dont match and i dont want to buy new furniture, can anyone tell me if its a type of material that they put over furniture or can u tell me the method stept by step how to paint/spray it to get this high black glossy effect. the picture below is an example of what im talking about.
One possible solution, but it depends on the shape of the part I just had the problem of how to cut holes in single layer carbon fibre sheet. This is 0.2mm thick and splits along the line of the fibres very easily. My solution was to stick it to a sheet of aluminium using melted wax. I found I could drill holes in it quite easily without it splitting. Then just melt the wax away and remove any excess with white spirit (paintbrush cleaner).
Q: Well I've been looking to build a boat for quite awhile. I'm 14.. I know I can, but my problem is money. I've been looking to build the Bingo but I'm concerned about the trustworthy ness of the site and if I go as cheap as possible while still doing it right, how much money will it cost me? I have a TON of questions, but I'll just leave it at those for now.thanks.
The basic equation of pressure drop in straight pipe is Darcy equation. Pr drop in pipe fLv^2/ 2dg However for fittings, the equation becomes Pr drop Kv^2/ 2g K is a pr drop constant for each fitting which is based on the shape and fluid losses due to change in flow patterns and turbulence, even for smooth bend lower K value shall be there for sudden change in fluid flow (turbulent friction factor or resistence coefficient) , which mean obstruction and turbulence loss. so you are absolutey right . there will be loss in a fitting irrespective of friction.
Q: ok key won't turn in ignitioni know about the ignition lock cylinder problemmy question is if i buy an ignition lock cylinderfrom an auto parts store with or without additional keys and change it out will i be able to start the car? Or will I have to got dealer?
Of course, the best solution is to replace the valve. Valves are either soldered on or attached to the pipe with compression fittings. If the pipe is copper and you see a silver band of metal between the pipe and the valve, that's probably solder. In this case, it would be best to let a plumber replace the valve. Otherwise, if your valve is attached with a compression fitting, you can get a new valve at your local home improvement store in the plumbing section. I recommend getting a 1/4 turn, steel ball valve. These are very simple and reliable valves. When you remove the old valve, be sure to also remove the compression washer and shoulder nut as well. You'll want to use the new ones that come with your valve. I also recommend using Teflon tape to wrap the threads of your new valve, at least two times in the direction of nut tightening. This will reduce the chance of leakage through the threads. Tighten the compression washer between the valve and the shoulder nut snugly. Make sure the valve is off. Turn the water on and check for leaks. If you see periodic drips, tighten the shoulder nut until the dripping stops. The other cheap and dirty alternative is to get a cap for your existing valve. These are also available in the plumbing section of your home improvement store. They run about $2-3, I believe, and are threaded onto the faucet where your hose attaches. That will keep your leaking valve from dripping all over the place.
Q: Ok, so at night, I'm in constant fear the smoke detector will go off. No clue why. How can I get rid of it?
I don't know much about gluing PVC but from the pictures it seems to be a fairly poor mechanical design. It's basically a crank with two pedals (maybe for use with hands as well as feet), right?. The crank seems to be made out of pipe sections and 90 degree elbows with nothing actually making it rigid except for the glue, so all the loads will be going through the glue. A swimming pool is a fairly harsh chemical environment because of the additives to the water, and rehab pools tend to be more heavily treated than normal pools because of the increased likelihood of people with infections using them. That might affect what glues are suitable. I would be inclined to think about putting some pins or dowels through the joints, so there is positive location of the parts preventing them trying to move around, and the dowels will carry the shear loads and torque from one part to the next. The pins could just be thin PVC rods (say 1/4 or 1/2 inch diameter) through suitable sized drilled holes. If the PVC is generally strong enough to take the loads (before the first failure ocurred) then you don't need metal pins. The main function of the glue would then be just to stop the thing falling apart, not to carry the loads. It's not clear whether you are need take the thing apart or not, so apologies if that advice is impractical.
Q: G1/8 "pipe joint end special sealing WD-B02 is what mean
The sealing effect is better than the traditional O ring. The elastomeric seals are used as axial static seals for threaded oil and screw ends, and the cross section remains almost constant at high pressure.
Q: I have an 07 Malibu and there is a problem with the lock button on the doors, both the driver and the passenger (these are the only two). The problem is they both don't work. I know it's not the fuse because I've checked it. The doors unlock us fine when I use the remote. Any suggestions?
You can use any combination of pipes to reach the wall drain. You must have a p trap in the line also to prevent fumes from the drain. They sell some flexible sections that may help.
