Features standards and products of our butt welding fittings:

Features of butt welding fittings:

1.       High class materials

Our products only use high class raw materials of carbon/alloy steel pipes made from NKK or MANNESSMANN equipment for ordinary, high pressure, low/high temperature, boiler and other purposes.

2.       Uniform wall thickness and perfectly round

This can be achieved by our particular technical knowhow and our quality control program.

3.       Accurate dimension

Efficient piping work can be made only with fittings of correct dimensions and shapes. Our fittings are finished to have accurate straight/ plane ends, beveled angle...etc. to applicable standards by means of two or three spindle beveling machines.

Standards of butt welding fittings:

Our welding fittings are manufactured in compliance with the following appliance standards:

Q: Could i please get an explanation as to why NASCAR drivers are athletes?
Normally your type problem is more related to a bad thermostat. The thermostat is what regulates your coolant temperature. In away it sounds like it is staying open and not closing down which allows for the coolant to constantly flow through the radiator subsequently staying cool. Then when you start to drive you put a load on your engine which in turn heats your coolant and gives you the heat you need. A shop with a good lazer infra red heat detector could check this out for you. By testing the thermostat housing while it is running for any drastic increases and decrease in temperature
Q: Can I have your opinion on:?
Wear a helmet, you need it for safety anyways. Wear a medical mask (like the one they use in hospitals). It will protect insects from getting in your nose and mouth as well as protect you from smog if you are riding on the street. I am not sure what you can do about the ears but hopefully the helmet will help a little. I wear glasses so I would recommend sports glasses if possible.
Q: Need information that can be presented to the government on where road studs have actually reduced road crashes. Actual statistics on various roads will help. Also reduced number of road crash victims admitted to hospitals at night as a direct result of use of road studs will be valuable.
PVC would be a great idea. I would go to Home Depot, Lowes, or Osh and get pipes and pipe fittings (1/2 size). The fittings will help you get the correct shape and size without having to glue, tape, nail, etc. Make sure you draw out a blueprint first so that you know what and how much of it you need. I'm not sure what type of gun you have so I don't know how you could attach the stock. If the gun has holes for screws then you should have no problem, however, if it doesn't I would recommend making a bracket that could fit around the back of the gun that you could attach the stock to. Good luck!
Q: The radiator hose blew on my car and water went all over the motor causing it to cut out when I was driving. The temperature gauge was on half way so I didn't think any major damage could have been done but I cleaned out all the water from around the coil packs and the spark plugs. The motor will turn over but won't fire. It sounds like it's firing on a couple of cylinders but not all. The motor is a nissan RB20DE. What could the problems be? I'm hoping its not as major as a head gasket or a cracked head.
sit-ups, push-ups and going for a jog would develop all of those muscles.
Q: I've a dishwashing job at a restaurant, I don't like to wear those annoying rubber gloves that make my hands sweat. Is it really necessary to wear gloves?
If you use 1 1/4 pipe schedule 40 and keep it under 48 you should be able to hang about 50 or so pounds on the pipe. If you go past that, it will sag pretty badly. Be sure to draw out what you want to build so you get an accurate idea of what types of fittings you will need. And above all, dry fit it first to make sure it works before you start gluing it together.
Q: I live in a house with an old Gaffers Sattler brand gas furnace/heater. Could this thing be releasing carbon monoxide? My house carbon monoxide detectors have never set off the alarm but perhaps the release from the furnace could be below its threshold. I would appreciate any advice on what situations might exist with the furnace that could produce carbon monoxide and what the solutions might be.
Yeah, you can get many different types of locks. Locks that can be operated remotely by your cell phone, fingerprint sensitive door locks and many many more. The thing is that these systems will cost you thousands of dollars. I think feeding her cokes is far cheaper than the cost of locking family out. Seems to me like maybe you need to re-examine the family dynamics. Maybe you're going overboard. A cheaper solution might be to get a small fridge, one of those small 5 cubic foot fridges and keep it in your room. You can install a combination lock or a padlock and nobody can get in unless they have the key or know the combination. Otherwise you're going to be spending a TON of money just to protect your cokes. Hope this helps. '')
Q: I have an automatic 2005 Toyota Matrix with power locks and windows. For some reason, when my husband pressed the beeper to unlock all the doors, all the doors unlocked except the driver side door. I thought maybe it was a fluke, but this morning, when I unlocked the car, it did the same thing. Also, I have the car set so that when it is put into gear it automatically locks all the doors. Again, the doors all lock except the driver side. Even when I push the button to lock the doors that is on the door, all the locks lock except the driver side.I didn't know if maybe a weird button was pressed or if something is wrong with the lock. Any ideas? And also, if something is wrong with the lock, any suggestions on getting it fixed? price? or any other relevant info would be great!!! Thanks.
yes i would put a rubber washer in, by the way we call them copper Ferrel's, or compression rings,
Q: in my assignment im asked to explain about the difficulties and misuses of lightning rods, ive looked everywhere on the net for them but im not finding
If you have polybutylene pipe it is recommended that you change the pipe to either copper or PVC. PB has a history of failures which can cause major water damage. PB pipe has been the subject of many class action law suits and your insurance may not cover water damage caused by PB pipe failure.
Q: I've got an 6 speed, 2 wheel drive, 2008 Jeep Sahara Unlimited and I need snow chains or cables for my tires. My tires are 255/70/18 and need best to know what works awesome for Icy/snow roads?
Its not easily done. The fittings allow a lap joint which is then soldered making a very strong and robust joint. What you are proposing would create a butt joint and they are very weak. There are some types of rubber boots that might allow this to be done but I've not seen anything exactly like what you are requesting.
Q: I'm looking for a good pair of running tights without any bells and whistles. I'm not interested in any of this tech stuff, so no mesh behind the knees, no zippers on the calves, no reflective material, just basic black spandex. I'd like relatively heavy/sturdy spandex to keep me warm in 40F weather, and I might consider the fleece-lined type also.Could anyone suggest a brand and style? I'm a fan of Nike bottoms (their tops are awful!), so I looked at their website a bit and couldn't find anything as simple as what I want, so maybe I'm just missing something? I'd be happy with men's or women's styles.About 8 years ago, I bought some really simple men's Nike spandex and they were perfectafter seven years, they still felt like new. Unfortunately, I lost them and I'm trying to replace them. Thanks for any help!
yes you can do this, there are Special fittings that can connect both of them together, but you have to have tread on them.
