PPR Pipes Advantages:

1. Sanitization & Non-poison: This product is green building material which is able to use for pure clean drinking water pipe system. No heavy metal additives would not be covered with dirt or contaminated by bacterium.

2. High Temperature Resistance: the maximum sustained working temperature is up to 70 Degrees Celsius, the maximum transient temperature is up to 95 Degrees Celsius.

3. Corrosion-Proof & Non-Fouling: Resist chemical matters or electron chemical corrosion. Able to avoid the pipe's fouling or blocking as well as the blemish, rust on basin and bath.

4. Heat Preservation & Energy-Saving: Excellent heat insulation features, minimal thermal conductivity which is only 0.5% of the conductivity of metal pipes.

5. Less Weight & High Strength: Its proportion is only 1/8th of metal pipe’s, with pressure-proof strength up to over 5MPa(50kg/sqcm),high tenacity and impact resistance.

6. Beautiful Appearance & Higher Flow Capacity:Smooth inner and outer surfaces, less flowing resistance, soft color and beautiful figure.

7. Easy and Reliable Installation: Using heat melting joint without sleeve wire, and taking few seconds for connecting and adopting good quality copper inserts to connect the metal pipe and basin.

8. Long Using Life: The pipe system can be used for over 50 years under normal condition.

9. PP-R is recyclable and environmental friendly.

With the high-quality materials .Minde PP-R pipes meet the DIN8077/8078 standard .Depending on the pressure ,the pipes can be used in temperature up to 70°Cwith an extrapolated service life up to 50 years .

1)100% excellent raw materials ,safe and hygeian .

2)Drinking water pipeline system.

3)Recyclable ,benefit to the environment

6)Long lifespan,Minimum 50 years life time at 60 or 70°C and 10 bar maximum pressure.

Q: How do you prevent plastic tubes from melting?
One way to prevent plastic tubes from melting is to choose a heat-resistant material for the tubes. Using plastic tubes made of high-temperature resistant materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or polyether ether ketone (PEEK) can withstand elevated temperatures without melting. Additionally, proper insulation can be used to limit the heat transfer to the plastic tubes, preventing them from reaching their melting point.
Q: do i need to need to clean the gas tube on my ar-15?
I have fired thousands of rounds through an AR and have never cleaned the gas tube. The hot gases from firing it seem to do a good job of keeping it open. I have cleaned them right at the receiver end with solvent and a q tip, but that's it.
Q: Have you ever noticed it becomed increasingly difficult to stop unwanted back flow of paste towards the sealed end of the plastic tube. Unlike the earlier metallic tubes which could be rolled up from the bottom and be self retaining, the plastic tubes cannot be wound up into a permanent situation but always unroll to a flat state. I have ideas for a simple solution involving no external gadgetry to fiddle around with, maybe you have ideas too?? Keep it simple. Thanks
use a clip that is used for closing off chip bags you just stick that on the end. then as you use the toothpaste you can push the clip up thus stopping the toothpaste from flowing backwards into the end of the tube. and pushing the toothpaste up you. just remember to clip the clip when you do this.
Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to impact or breakage?
Yes, plastic tubes are generally resistant to impact and breakage. They are designed to withstand various levels of force and are less likely to crack or break compared to other materials. However, the level of resistance may vary depending on the type and quality of plastic used.
Q: I got a new syrian hamster two and a half days ago, he has a big wire two storey cage with plastic tubes connecting the upstairs and downstrairs, he's spent mostly all of his time in the tube, taking all the bedding from his little house and his food in it and pooing a lot, I mean the tube is full of poo mixed with food and bedding. (I know this is normal) he's still really shy, he spooks easily, and he's not even been on his wheel yet but he's slowly coming around to me when I hand feed him, I haven't touched him yet though, just leaving him to it for a few days. Should I clean his tubes or is it too early? I don't want to stress him out but I read you are supposed to clean his cage every week and spot clean and clean his toilet area every day and his tubes are his toilet area and I'm seriously not joking when I say he poos a lot.
I think that you should probably clean it out. Do it at night when he is not in the tubes so you do not disturb him. My hamster sleeps in an attachment that goes on the tubes and she does the same thing with the food, pooping, and peeing in there. She loves when I clean it out for her, I do it about every 2-3 days. If I do not clean it out and wait an extra day if I am busy or something she takes all of the bedding out of it and moves it to the regular cage area herself. So yes I do think that you should clean it, he will probably appreciate it!
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for display purposes?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for display purposes. They are lightweight, versatile, and come in various shapes and sizes, making them ideal for showcasing products, artwork, or promotional materials. Plastic tubes can be transparent or colored, allowing for creative and eye-catching displays. Additionally, their durability and affordability make them a practical choice for both indoor and outdoor displays.
Q: I'm so scared ):What should I be doinglooking out for?worst case scenario?HELP
The chapstick won't hurt him, but plastic lodges itself in dogs arteries. Take him to the vet ASAP please. Emergency vet if the regular vet isn't open.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for pneumatic applications?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for pneumatic applications. Plastic tubes are often used in pneumatic systems due to their lightweight, flexible, and durable properties. They can effectively transmit compressed air or gases and are resistant to corrosion. However, it is important to consider the specific requirements of the application and select a plastic tube material that is suitable for the desired pressure, temperature, and chemical resistance.
Q: It is also Nat'l Buy a Musical Instrument Day!!
Interesting question to which I can't seem to find a definitive answer here on the net. I do hope that you pick a BA and then let the rest of know why toothpaste companies made the switch. I'm assuming it was a cost saving measure. So what musical instrument are you going to buy? <g EDIT: I REMEMBER when toothpaste came in metal tubes and they never got holes in them just weird creases that made it diffcult at times to squeeze out all the toothpaste.
Q: What are the different materials used to make plastic tubes?
There are various materials used to make plastic tubes, including polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polystyrene (PS).
