Ceramic Fiber Blanket is made of special ceramic long-fiber that is produced by the melting of very pure raw materials in double surface meeding process without binders and with good stability in a large range of temperature. The process of double surface needing increase interweaving and tensile strength.

 Characteristics:

    Excellent thermal stability
    Excellent chemistry quality
    Resistance to burning
    Low thermal conductivity
    Low thermal capacity
    Good insulation
Good obstructing voice and mechanism strength
    Low shrinkage
    Good springiness for fibers
    Convenient producing and installing

Applications

Lining for furnaces, kiln and oven

Expansion joints and seals for furnace, kiln and oven

Back-up installation

Lagging of high temperature pipe work

High temperature filtration

Steam turbine and nuclear insulation

Q: i know that fiber has a high frequency range that made it capable to use light to transmit its data, but i don't know why fiber has a high frequency range (from the material point of view)?please help me.
Fiber doesn't have resistance or capacitance like electrical transmission lines.
Q: ive heard crunches dont work, and i wanted something that doesn't involve machines or other types of fitness tools.
Go for it and let us know how it worked outas far as scratching your gi tract look at it as extra fiber
Q: The garage of my house is on ground level with 2 bedrooms above it the walls/ceiling are insulated and sheetrocked but I want to add another layer of insulation I was going to use foam board since I only have approx a 3 inch clearance where the door rolls up is this worth the time/money???
The insulation to be effective needs to touch both top and bottom and all 4 sides without being crammed in the spaceThe problem is that insulation is nothing but an air filter as we say in the businessYour money will be much better spent on adding a sealed air barrier at the bottom of the current insulationThis can be acheived with Tyvek or ThermoPlyTyvek is flexible and a bit easier to work with but not as effectiveMake sure the Tyvek or ThermoPly are touching the insulationOnce you sheet the bottom of the insulation, seal any seams and gaps with spray foam.
Q: Just wondering what a good high fiber diet would be with protein and stuff so that it's natural food and healthy.
You can loose 40 or 30 pounds! All you have to do is swim and drink more fluids because fluids will make you fullMake sure you have foods with high fibre and less fat!! The less overweight you are the more healthier you will be! unless your too skinny then noI think your doing a great thing by losing weightOnce your old you gain waight super fast try to quit the habit now before it is too late and do sports!
Q: I've been trying to lose weight, and everything is pointing to a high fiber dietI have no idea what that isI'm not good at making diet plansSo can someone list a whole bunch of foods high in fiber and are good to help loose weightAnd also a good exercise routine to go with itPlease and thank you.
ok, if there's a god, what form of tension/skill/skill ought to create and uphold any such supernatural entity? Do you get my factor? the two way you settle for that something existed first and not using a author.the greater logical option to me is the universe.
Q: So I've been wanting to lean how to crochet for quite some timeEver since when I was little and watched my brother and sister have to do it on their fingers for schoolI actually forgt about it till last summer but I've always had an interest because of themThey never took it up after that and no one ever taught me tooNo one in my family knowsThe only ones who ever knew we're my great grannys and the passed some time ago before I took an interest into itNow my sister is having a kid and i really want to make her a blanketSo I have some questions1What Supplies will I need? 2Is it costly? 3Is it difficult to learn by yourself? 4And is a blanket difficult to do? Any advice would be greatly appreticated! Thanks in advance! (:
Yarn, crochet hooks in several sizes, scissors to cut the yarn when needed, a blunt plastic yarn needle to sew blocks together and ends in, a ruler, and a tote bag to keep everything in one place are good starter suppliesYou can probably get all of that for under twenty dollars to startIf you go to a smaller yarn store, you might be able to find out if there are any groups in your area for yarn craftersMost crocheters will be happy to help you learn! You can also access a great deal of information on the internetSince this blanket will be your first project, I would suggest starting with making smaller blocks and sewing them together rather than one big pieceI've been crocheting (and knitting) for more than forty years, and one of my favorite patterns is a simple single crochet, chain one pattern! It makes a flexible fabric that is closed enough to be warm, but not stiff and heavy like some of the old ripple afghans can be.
Q: Hello!Ever since i was a child, Orange juice is like a.addiction.My Favorite fruit is the orange, of courseI drink Tropicana orange juice.ANYWAY, is to much vitamin C unhealthy? Thanks.
I haven't seen any studies yet that have put any upper boundaries on vitamin c consumption so I wouldn't worrySome vitamins can be toxic in large dosesAnd some are fat soluble which means that any excess that your body doesn't use will be stored in your body fatNormally that isn't a problem unless you're maintaining a consistent surplus (vitamin k for instance)But I wouldn't worry too much about that With that said, you should try to eat the actual fruits rather than drinking their juice as you're missing out on other nutrients(fiber) the whole fruit providesNot to mention that fruits juices are naturally quite high in sugar which obviously isn't the best thing for your teeth (or you)Edit: As SleighA mentions, it's not fatteningSugar is empty calories in that it provides no nutritional benefits, just energy (calories)Fattening foods are misconception about what your body needs All foods contribute to providing the nutrients and energy your body needs to fix and run itselfSome foods though, such as sugar, only contribute energy and no nutrients, which make them less usefulPeople who are fat are fat generally because they consume far more calories in a day than they expend Sugar in small amounts is fine, it's when people go overboard that it's a problem, the same with foods that are high in fats (as fat provides almost double the calories that healthier foods do)For instance 1 gram of protein or carbs is roughly equal to 5 calories whereas fat is 9I don't even know why I'm explaining this so I'm going to stop now.
Q: I recently read that the clothing moth is indigenous to Eurasia, but I've never been out of the U.S., and I've heard of moths damaging cloths all my life.I remember putting moth balls in the pockets of clothes t keep them from being eaten by moths (or, technically, their lave.)So what moths are damaging to human clothing?(It's not just this Eurasian moth, is it?)

Q: In about a month we are going to have a costume class at the barn I go toI was hoping to try and turn one of the darker horses into a lovely Friesian, but I've run into a problemI can't figure out a safe way to put on or add these feathers to the horse. The black feathers will be made out of yarn and the yarn will be pulled apart so it's curly-ishAny suggestions on how to put these on the mare without injuring tendons and ripping out fur?
I prefer blown mineral wool (rock wool or fiberglass) for flat attic - it does a better job of preventing air migration than batts, and it's easier to install - Lowe's will loan you a blow machine if you buy from themRight over existing is fineAs Syrup said, be sure the attic above the insulation is well ventilated - I use soffit vents all the way around, with baffling to prevent insulation from blocking them, and I put 2 or more whirlybird brand vents near the top of the attic at back, and augment with air hawks to let more air out.

Your comforter is made of acrylicWhen you have acrylic it always pills upIf you don't like the pilling then find a plain comforter and get a duvet coverIt would be cheaper in the long for you cause when you want to change your look all you would have to do is get a new coverNow as for your clothing, if you have a sweater or any other knit that the pilling is happening on, chances are that you have acrylic or some sort of blend with acrylic in itif you don't want this to happen I would suggest that you check the label to make sure there is no acrylic in itYou can use a stiff brush to get the fuzz balls out of your clothing but make sure you do it when it is wet or it will ruin the fabric
