- It probably is cranes bill unfortunately. You could always contact the manufacturer be sure. They should have a number somewhere on the packaging. Lots of animals are used in cosmetic products. All you can do is use it up, because if you waste it then that animal died for nothing. If it really creeps you out, give it to someone who would use it.
