1) This kind of crane adopts standard section hydraulic lifting and connecting.The max. height can reach 180m with wall tie ins.
2) It has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.
3)The range-change structure drives the trolley moving on the horizontal crang jib, with good positioning performance. A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

- Q:What do lattice boom and hydraulic boom in cranes mean?
- LATTICE BOOM: See first link. This is where the boom (the portion used to support the load) is made like a lattice ... i.e. interconnected trusses and girders. The cables for lifting the load are run from the base of the boom to the load over pulleys/gears located at the boom's tip. The boom itself is NOT adjustable in length or in angle. HYDRAULIC BOOM: See second link. This crane uses hydraulics to adjust either the length of the boom, or the angle at which the boom joints intersect. It looks more like a single beam construction, although its probably closer to a tube type design (hydraulics may be inside or outside the arm). The load is raised/lowered by cables operating at the end of the boom ... not necessarily tied back to the bottom of the boom.

- Q:im really curious about the 1000 paper crane legend. i went on many different websites to learn about it. one said that you are supposed to have 25 strings to hold the paper cranes (40 each) on it and is that true? also a lot websites said that they used them for weddings so do you have to use them for weddings? or can it be any wish you want? i have a few more questions about it but i will ask whoever seems to know the most about it. thank you:)
- Most people give paper cranes to their love ones who are ill. Since it is a tedious job, they will all help each other in folding it. Shalbi I may be wrong, but I know that to be able to make a wish, you have to fold the cranes yourself. The wish can be anything, but the most common wish is to recover from sickness and have a prosperous life. A crane signifies longevity and fidelity that is why they like to use them on weddings. ^_^
- Q:do they get the concrete blocks up that hang at the end? Do they use another type of crane to assemble them?
- Tower cranes assembly starts with the foundation of the crane with lot concrete blocks for fixing, then they fix the first bottom part of the crane then they fix the boom with the counter weights, when they want to extend the height, they fix a jack up machine which lift up the boom and then insert a vertical piece and so on till they reach the required height. During the first installation they use a small mobile crane and then after the crane it self lift and fix the pieces
