TOWER CRANE QTZ160 new type of large tower crane for construction

1. Brief Introduction
QTZ160 Tower Crane is a new type of large tower crane for construction developed through adopting technology by Shandong Huaxia Group in 2000. During designing, general operations like limited meta count of steel structure parts, parameter optimization of entire crane, stability check of entire crane and choice of each mechanism, etc. are completed with computerized tower crane design platform, which has reached international leading level.
Max. hoisting moment of QTZ160 (6516) Tower Crane is 1940kn/m, and each index of performance occupies leading position among domestic products of the same grade. Its advantages are as follows:

  1. Hoisting arm can reach 65m, which largely increases covering area, and its working scope can satisfy constructions of more than two buildings simultaneously.

  2. It has many working modes with largest application range.

Groundwork is poured on the ground without under frame, and tower crane is fixed directly on the groundwork. This method makes tower crane spare groundwork section and crossing girder, and separate working height of tower crane is 46.2m under such condition.
If construction object is high, tower crane can adopt attaching mode, and hoisting height can reach 161-200m. If it is required to be higher under special conditions, please contact our company.
No matter which kind of mode is adopted, hoisting arm has lengths of 55m, 60m and 65m, which can be chosen according to different objects.

  1. It adopts hydraulic hoisting system to increase or reduce standard sections, which makes height of tower crane rise or fall according to height of construction to adapt construction of different buildings.

  2. Working speed is high, timing performance is good, and working efficiency is high.

Hoisting mechanism adopts double speed double pulley winding motor to realize low speed on heavy load and high speed on light load, and max. speed can reach 100m/minute. Start and brake are steady, impact is small, and operation is convenient. Swing mechanism adopts domestically advanced frequency conversion timing project, which makes start and brake become steady and reliable.

  1. Horizontal Arm Frame and Trolley Radius

The tower crane adopts horizontal arm frame, load is hung in hoisting trolley, and radius is realized through horizontal movement of trolley on arm frame. Compared with luffing jib tower crane, working is steady, installation is convenient, and radius application is wide, which can make hoisting performance be fully exerted, enlarge storing range of construction materials, and make disposal of general construction ichnography be convenient.

  1. Safety devices are complete, and there are brakes fixed in each mechanism, which can ensure working safety. There are safety protecting devices like hoisting height restrictor, trolley radius restrictor, moment restrictor, hoisting weight restrictor and swing restrictor, etc. fixed in tower crane.

  2. Driving room is set separately on side with good field of vision and large working space, which create better working environment for operator.

  3. Operation is convenient, and maintaining is simple.

Electric control system adopts domestically advanced PLC control with automatic malfunction judgment, overload and over moment safety chain protection, motor overtime protection, program controller of famous Japan Mitsubishi Company, transducer of Japan Yaskawa Company, relay of OMR Company and contactors manufactured through introducing technology of TE Company, which makes its reliability be much higher than general electric control systems. It is safe and reliable with less malfunctions.
There is no central collector to avoid disadvantages of short circuit and creepage because of damp and make entrance and exit of driver be easy.

Q: I would like to get some advice from Martial artists of the training that Crane style Kung Fu go trough especially the balance. I would like to learn how they learn to balance without difficulty and the training they go trough.
I don't train in Crane style Kung Fu but I can give you some balance training tips. 1. Stand on one leg whenever possible (doing the dishes, waiting in line, etc.) 2. Walk on a Balance Beam (a wall, a line on the floor, a large long block, etc. can all be used as a balance beam), just walk heel to toe and work on staying balanced. When walking becomes too easy try practicing kicks on the beam, then spinning kicks, then jumping kicks (NOTE: if your balance beam is off the floor make sure you have a spotter when you do any jumping or spinning) 3. Practice, practice, practice Ask your instructor for more exersizes internet videos can be good but are unreliable and dangerous in the hands of people who don't know what they are doing.
Q: Since a crane has to extend outriggers while performing lifting operation , is it ok to allow a crane to transfer materials by carrying without extending outriggers and lifting and carrying load to different location especially in construction industry for safety reasons?
Yes, this is not only possible, it is done by cranes that are designed to operate without outriggers. There is a company called Lampson that has a whole product line of these cranes (see link). I have personally witnessed a number of lifts where an outrigger-less mobile Lampson crane moved a load in the multi-hundreds of tons during construction of a nuclear power plant.
Q: im so frustrated because ive tryed everything and im obsessed with this book it would really help if someone could find a way for me to read it for free online. i cant find it at my library.please and thank you:)?
Shelly Crane is not giving the book away for free so any online site that has it, has stolen intellectual property.
Q: i have a report on it and its due on the 20th
I'm from the Sandhills of Nebraska and that is where some of them come from.
Q: I'm folding 1000 origami cranes for my upcoming wedding. It's a tradition. I'm trying to find a website that can show me how to make the cranes into a large picture or an idea for a mobile. I found some sites that show pictures of each, but nothing with a how to on it.

Q: If anyone can find me a decent video of a Fujian White Crane Kung Fu simple hand block then I will be very grateful! I know sort of how to do it but I would like to get it spot on.Thanks
There is no simple crane block. This is a myth perpetrated by some of the Hakusturu people. I study Fukien White Crane and I gave you a reference in the question you asked before. Just like there is no crane stance. There are many blocks and stances in White Crane boxing and they are ALL crane blocks and crane stances. The blocking system is very sophisticated and takes hard work and proper mechanics to grasp the idea. Do you have a Fujian White Crane school near you? If you do, enroll in it and learn it the right way - under a trained instructor. I guarantee you that you will not be learning any blocking applications. In the White Crane Arts, you do nothing but Sam Chien for the first three years. So forget this fantasy of learning it here on Yahoo Answers. Edit: Let me correct myself - there are not even any blocks in White Crane Fist. All the movements you see are trapping and grappling techniques. It is an Internal Art so the idea is to trap the opponent and destroy the attack using explosive energy.
Q: What should the sub contractor do before the installation of the bridge crane in the workshop?
Baidu search [tower crane tower demolition, lowering section safety technical disclosure]. If it is installed, remove the "two words" to "installation", and other contents are adjusted slightly.
Q: Whats does the japanese crane symbolize?
The Japanese crane symbolizes serenity and hope. It is a legend in Japan that if you fold 1000 paper cranes, any wish will come true. There is a story about a girl named Sadako who died from radiation in Hiroshima after WWII who tried to fold 1000 paper cranes to be brought back to health. She nearly folded 1000, and died before then. People come to Hiroshima still today with 1000 folded paper cranes to honor Sadako.
Q: when a skyscraper is done being built, how does the crane come down?
Most probably you are referring to the Tower Crane. Interesting questions should have followed, like: How is it constructed while the construction is in progress? How is the placement of the Tower Crane determined? What happens to the space occupied by the Tower Craneafter work completion? How far should the 'boom' (the arm that has a moving pulley) go? Anyway, your question is a good one, because when I had my first construction work, the Tower Crane was already there and I was thinking of how to dismantle it afterwards. The dismantling process, is done part by part, set by set starting from the top going down. Another interesting question is: How would that excavating truck or bulldozer be able to get out of that deep matt excavation after all excavation works have been accomplished? It is interesting to note that an earth ramp is created while excavation progress, until the machine is down deep in the excavation and seems that it is impossible for it to get out after excavation work is done?
Q: In the Bride comes to Yellow Sky, Stephen Crane uses symbolism to evoke in readers a sense of the “old west”. However, the knowledge of the “old west” that the average person holds in his or her mind is false and nothing more than a Hollywood created myth. By using the symbols inherent in Hollywood’s old western myth Crane manipulates the reader’s misconceptions only to leave them feeling stupid when he reveals a hole in that way of thinking with the irrational ending. This is actually a thesis i'm working on for an analytical essay on the piece.I need to know if anyone has ever read the story and gotten the same feeling Crane was having fun at the reader's expense or perhaps poking fun at the old western I have very good points from the text to support my thesis but i cannot find anything online that touches on the possability of this being a parody. Anyone else think Crane's having fun or is a bit condescending in this piece?
I have to say no. Your question erred in a significant way. Hollywood didn't create this false image of the West. The false image was created a long time before by people living in the age of the incidents. It didn't take publishers long to notice that people living back East enjoyed these gritty depictions of the West. Dime novels were a big seller in the 18th and 19th centuries. Look at Stephen Crane. He died in 1900. Hollywood was non-existent as the facet of American life that it holds now. Crane would have been writing this story with the idea that he was depicting a real slice of the wild West that was becoming more civilized.
