The flat top tower crane is more and more popular among customers with its beautiful appearance and quick and safe disassembly, and its application range is also expanded constantly. The PT series product is the new product with domestically advanced level and capability of international market competition, and the main models include PT5510-6t, PT7023-12t and PT7528-18t.

1.    The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.
4. It adopts standard sections (for models of over 12t) of piece assembly structure, split structure stock, and assembled platform, which meet the transport requirements for standard container.
5. The extra-long boom is designed with a rope-supporting trolley, and the speed of which is 1/2 of that of the luffing trolley, which can achieve the most optimum rope-supporting effect. The structure has applied for national patent.
6. The lifting mechanism adopts speed regulation by frequency control or by eddy current brake series resistance, featuring good lifting performance; The slewing system adopts frequency control by torque electric motor or by coil winding type electric motor with hydraulic coupler, featuring smooth operation and small slewing impact.
7. All kinds of safety devices are reliable and easy to adjust; both the safety monitoring control system and traditional safety system are available, the double system ensures safety operation of the tower crane; the hydraulic system adopts low/medium pressure design, featuring higher safety and reliability.

Q: what do you mean by a detente ball in the crane of a revolver?
a okorder /
Q: how does a crane operator's knowledge of where the centroid is generally located for most uniform objects help them perform their job more safely?
If an object is uniform, it's a fair bet the centre of mass will be at the centre of the shape. If lifting with slings, he will have them placed equidistant from centre, at an angle to each other not exceeding 60 degrees. He will then lift a little, and can tell by the angles from vertical of each sling whether or not the CM is under the centre of the crane cable. If not, he will lower the load, and have someone adjust the sling positions. Having slings equally loaded ensures a level load when lifting, and when a load is level it is a much safer lift than when it tilts one way or the other. A tilt would mean greater force in the sling on the low end. The load could slip out, or the excess force could break the sling.
Q: I am sick and tired of sitting in my room scared looking at a crane fly bouncing around mu walls like its on crack , is there anything i can do to keep the c*nts out
get ur boyfriend or girlfriend to kill threm for you or your besty katy!
Q: I have a 2 year old bearded dragon, and there r tons of crane flies flying around everywhere outside. i was wondering if she can eat them in small amounts?
I wouldn't recommend it. I couldn't tell you if they are safe, but, at the very least, there is a very real risk that they may have been exposed to pesticides and other chemicals... Even if the crane flies themselves are safe for the dragon to eat, they may be exposing him to chemicals... And parasites, for that matter. It's all around not a good idea to feed wild-caught bugs.
Q: I watched a man climb one once and he wasn't secured. Crazy. How much do they get?If there are any operators on here, do you get scared when you climb up/down?
1. No need to be secured, the ladder inside the crane tower has many platforms. It's actually a heap of ladders and platforms not a single ladder. Usually the ladder is surrounded by a cage that would catch you if you fell. Once at the top there are handrails everywhere, you just make your way to the cabin. 2. Average here in Australia is about 1500 to 2000 non union and 2500 to 3000 union. 3. Not worried climbing but if there is a thunderstorm and you are in the cabin it can be scary 4. You shouldn't climb the crane when it's rainy as its all steel it is slippery if wet but sometimes it cannot be helped. You should wear non slip boots too
Q: I just made origami cranes and want to hang them up, each by themselves with just a peice of string....how should i go about doing this? how is it usually done?
TAke a needle threaded with a long piece of black thread, and make a small knot at end of long thread. Push the needle thru the middle of the crane's back and pull the thread all the way thru the hole till the knot catches. pull the needle off the loose end of the thread and make another knot on that end. take a push pin or thumb tack and push the pin thru the knot, then push the pin or tack into the ceiling. FYI, tape never works - I have tried. The black thread lets them flutter a bit, and is invisible most of the time. p.s. ask your parents if you can hang stuff from the ceiling first. they may not want you to do that since it will leave holes in the ceiling when you take them down.
Q: The Wayfarerby Stephen Crane The wayfarer, Perceiving the pathway to truth, Was struck with astonishment. It was thickly overgrown with weeds. Ha, he said, I see that none has passed here In a long time. Later he saw that each weed Was a singular knife. Well, he mumbled at last, Doubtless there are other roads.I understand that it is about a person taken the easy way out, but what other underlying meanings are there?
Here is an interpretation: 1. ...the pathway of truth...was thickly overgrown with weeds. The path to truth was overgrown. Crane is explaining that few people try to find truth. Instead, they are influenced by the ideas and opinions of others. 2. ...each weed was a singular knife. Truth is difficult to find. To find truth, you have to endure cultural torture. 3. 'Doubtless there are other roads. The wayfarer is not taking the easy way out. When he finds the path to truth, he contemplates whether or not to walk down the path. He sees the weeds. He sees the knifes. Then he thinks, should I go back home or walk down the path. He realizes that there is only one path to truth, and decides to walk down the path. The poem has a similar theme to Robert Frost's The Road Less Traveled. In that poem, the main character also shows reluctance in taking the less traveled path.
Q: (Fujian) white crane
There is no Fujian White Crane in NY. There is one instructor in south west NJ who teaches White Crane and if you're willing to travel that far(near Philly), I'll give you his address. I did hear of someone in China Town in Manhattan but I have searched and search and found nothing. Fujian/Fukien White Crane is the ultimate. If you do find someone, let me know.
Q: Just curious... I'm not in construction and always wondered...
The top sections of the mast beneath the crane are removed one at a time and lowered to the ground. The top section of the crane has hydraulic rams that lower it down one mast section at a time. It is hard to describe without a diagram or photos. See photos at attached link. In some design, the jacking portion is at ground level. The crane jacks itself up so a 20' section of the mast can be unbolted and slide out. Then the jack is lowered so the process can be repeated. See second link for photos and a more detailed explanation.
Q: So, this might seem like an odd question, but here goes.I work in an office and outside the windows there's a crane. Every day I come in from work, it has turn a little. The half-finished building that it stands next to is not being worked on and there's never anyone using the crane during the day. There's no other construction going on in the area is stands at.It's pretty high up like 6th to 7th floot and it's in a windy town. Does that matter? Why would someone turn around a crane during the night? Is it all a scheme to make me paronoid because they know I'm starring out the window most of the day?
Hi Peter no matter how good he brake on the turn table of the crane is it will be effected by the direction of the wind blowing at any time so it will have some influence on the direction the jib or the crane is in. it will turn just like a weather vane does. it is actually a safety feature.
