Introduction:

Tower Crane is a machinery used for vertical lifting and horizontal delivering of building materials and any other heavy items during construction process. It can lift and lay down, horizontally shift, and rotate, so the working range is very large. The whole body can be fixed or movable.

Features:

1. Hoisting Mechanism
Three-gear speed modulation by electrical motor or frequency conversion, giant winch.

2. Rotation Mechanism
Speed modulation with frequency conversion, stable break, accurate position,

3. Luffing Mechanism
Speed modulation with frequency conversion, less concussion, stable operation.

4 Control System
PLC control, auto diagnosis on electric malfunction, alarm of light and sound, international top brand key components.

5. Security & Protection
In addition to usual standard security mechanism, this model adopts self-developed advanced mechanism, such as unique double tighten mechanism on luffing steel cable, anti-break mechanism on sliding vehicle, anti-drop mechanism on standard section, speedy link between rotary body, hoisting boom and balance boom.

6. Structure
Mechanical-electrical integration design, CAD supported design, optimization design, modularization design. Steel structure have outstanding intensity, firmness and anti-fatigue capability.

Q: I have been doing a science projet and i cant find it anywhere
The wild Whooping Crane flock spends its summers in Wood Buffalo National Park in the Northwest Territories of Canada. They nest and rear their young there. During the fall season, the Whoopers migrate 2,500 miles south to Aransas National Wildlife Refuge in Texas where they spend the winter and early spring. There are currently 193 birds in this flock.
Q: How to calculate life span of steel structure? for example, crane?
this type of calculation is a fatigue life calculation, performed (for example) on aircraft. You will have to know the material, the load spectra and the stresses for this load spectra. It is not an easy, nor exact calculation. Try reading some fatigue topics on the reports suggested on the source site.
Q: I had a dream and it wos really scary so realistic i woke up crying and could go to work the next dayi was in my house and woke up and came downstairs and there were letters on the floor and someone was picking them up then i looked outside and there wos a big fire and a crane had fallen down and explosion and everyone was dying their faces burnt i burst out crying. what does it mean?
Probably some stress or fear is looming large in your subconscious mind. Scary dreams often occur when you have something that is stressing you. That is assuming you didn't read some book or watch some movie that brought it on, that is another possibility. Often we replay images we have in our heads from the day before. I don't think it is an omen or anything. So, be glad to say it was only a dream.
Q: Was it Ichabod Crane or Rory Emerald who got the jeepers creepers scared out of them by a headless horseman?
It was Ichabod Crane. This story has been around for many years, since well before the birth of the great Rory Emerald! Excellent Question!!
Q: Can the tower crane personnel install the construction elevator?
As for the hoisting equipment, the licensed crane erection worker can install the construction elevator.
Q: the question is :Two cranes can unload a ship together in 15 hours. The faster crane takes 16 hours less than the slower crane, if each were to unload the same ship alone. How long doesi t take for each crane to unload this ship? I done most of the math but i am stuck with this last part .15+- radical 1185/2
No. of hours for the slower to unload alone—x: 1/x + 1/(x - 16) = 1/15 (x - 16 + x)/(x? - 16x) = 1/15 15(2x - 16) = x? - 16x 30x - 240 = x? - 16x x? - 46x = - 240 x? - 23x = - 240 + (- 23)? x? - 23x = - 240 + 529 (x - 23)? = 289 x - 23 = 17 x = 40 No. of hours for the faster to unload alone: = 40 - 16 = 24 Answer: slower crane, 40 hrs; faster crane, 24 hrs Check: = 15(1/40 + 1/24) = 15([3 + 5]/120) = 15(8/120) = 15(1/15) = 15/15 or 1
Q: I am Dr Crane is there anything you would like to know? i can answer all your questions?
Yes. How many people does it take to change a searchlight bulb?
Q: I need to know exactly how much weight they can lift also how much do they weight?how long is thier life-time?in what temprature they can work?does mosture do any harm to them?for installation , do they need foundation?the exact height and width?
You need to be more specific. The lifting capacities for container cranes varies significantly, as does any other crane. Some of the variation is based purely on load (horsepower) availability; some is based on speed (rpm) for lift/drop portions of the cycle. Cranes like these operate year-round, at ports all over the world. Some ports have average ambient temperatures in the range of 45 C, with highs up to 60 C. Others can be as low an average as 10 C, with a low peak as much as -50 C. Moisture will, over the long haul, harm them - they're metal constructs, and thus are prone to oxidation. Using corrosion-resistant materials and/or coatings will certainly prolong their usable lifespan. The crane drives (electric motors and power electronics) are also susceptible to moisture and other contaminants. All true dockside cranes require some sort of permanent foundation; it's usually part of the pier construction itself. However, there are portable cranes that operate without one. There is also more than one crane manufacturer out there - all will have their trade secrets that will make each look a little different than the rest. It will generally also reflect in their operation parameters, and in their expected life cycle.
Q: is this a grey crowned crane?
yes the bird is a grey crown crane...as you can see it has a red spot on the neck...and a large hairy looking crown...it also has a white skin cheek patch.
Q: Firstly, I realize that the 1000 paper crane thing is based on faith and not science. I'm not stupid. Secondly, Do the 1000 cranes have to be in the same place? If I send one of my cranes to a friend across the country, would that no longer count as part of my 1000 cranes? If a crane gets destroyed, must I start over or replace that crane? If anyone has any knowledge or link pertaining to the 1000 paper crane myth, please post it. Thank you.
The myth seems to surround the FOLDING on the 1,000 cranes - it is the sacrifice on the part of the person doing the folding that is the magic not the cranes themselves. See the Wiki......
