- If your laptop means the requirements (enough memory, hard drive space, fast enough processor) then you can install it on your laptop. Any game that will run on a desktop will run on a laptop (if the laptop means the minimum requirements). But NOT all games are laptop friendly, in that laptops usually have touchpads instead of mice, smaller keyboards, smaller displays, etc., which can make playing a game harder. By laptop friendly, it means the SIMS will work with the touchpad, smaller display, etc. of a laptop.

- charging laptop,, are you meaning charging the laptop batteries once the batteries are fully charged, energy flow to battery stops only energy required thereafter is for operating the laptop if you meant to compare operating energy of laptop v/s desktop, laptops are far more energy efficient just typically 40 watts for a laptop v/s 200 watts for a desktop
