Aerogel Insulation Felts
Description:
Using special nanotechnology, It combines a silica aerogel with reinforcing fibers to deliver very low thermal conductivity, low density and good flexibility in an environmentally safe product. It provides excellent properties of waterproof, sound absorption and shock absorption. It is an alternative to the common, environment unfriendly, inferior insulation products, such as PU, asbestos insulation felt, silicate fibers, etc.
Superior Thermal Performance
The maximum use temperature is 1000℃,Its thermal conductivity is 1/3~1/5 of common insulators, helping reduce heat loss and optimizing space utility.
Long service life
Unlike other traditional insulation materials, aerogel ’s three- dimensional, structure inhibits sintering warpage, and particles stack which may occur under hot temperature for long time. Therefore, aerogel insulation has long service life.
Physically Robust:
It has flexibility and high tensile strength, resisting stretching and stress from linear contraction when temperature changes.
Environmentally Safe:
Composed of inorganic materials, it contains no hazard. Stripping little chloridionm will cause no corrosion to the equipments and pipes.
Sound resistance and Shock Absorption
sound resistance and shock absorption help better the environment quality.
Easy to Install
Extremely low density (200kg/m3) contributes to easy-to-cut and easy-to-install.
Application
Oil pipe, steam pipe, refrigerator interlining, oil tank, cetral airconditioning pipe, chemical pipe with the requirement of fire resistance, vehicle thermal insulation, national defence, military industry, heat supply pipelines in city insulation, biological medicine pipes and equipment and so on.
Company Information
- Q: I'd bought some used rims for my odyssey, the bolt pattern fits perfect but the center bore on the rims is smaller so what could happen/
- I'd say Japan, since her budget, in a sinecure under US nuclear blanket and not as addicted to welfare (yet) as we are, can devote much more funds to civilian technology than US can.
- Q: especially during volcanic lightning.and also how much increase in wind speed takes place because of the presence of Volcanic ash?
- I would call the web site of the blanket and ask them; If your blanket is flashing it could cause a fire; if the CONTROLLER is flashing it could be a short. Maybe you should return it and get a new one.
- Q: I bought their costume style satin material fabric and I'm going to use it as a backdrop for photography. Do people do this and is this as good as buying a regular backdrop?
- fire cannot burn in a vacuum(where there is no oxygen)much like humans who wouldn't be able to breath.when u put the lid on it kills the spaces in air that the fire should occupy
- Q: i luv winter ( i luv wearing uggs)i also like spring (my b-day is in spring)a lot of people say they like the summer i wanna know what u think :)
- i love winter- drinking hot chocolate in front of the fire place under the blankets. i love spring- my birthday is also in spring i love summer- because i love swimming and am able to wear tank tops and flip flops without freezing my butt off. :]
- Q: IT IS SO ANNOYING.I‘m in my dorm room right now at college, trying to study, and this f****** fire alarm beeps once every 45 seconds. How do I make it shut up!!!!!???? I can‘t contact anyone from the resident hall because it‘s so late. There‘s one button that says Press To Test.but I don‘t want to press that.I tried removing it, but it‘s connected by a bunch of wires. WTF is going on??? I can‘t concentrate!!
- Mine are electrical too so they don't have a place for batteries. I would guess it's one of two things. One there's a short in the wiring somewhere or two there's smoke somewhere. My MIL used to flash fry everything. Though it was safely away from the stove it was so sensitive it would do these occassional beeps the whole time she was cooking. Plus it did it in the summer when there was a fan on because of something coming in from the outside. Since hers was battery operated we'd always turn them off except when gone or sleeping. Try covering both with a plastic cap. If it continues to beep it's in the wiring. Not very likely both units would be faulty at the same time. If there's a mouse or other critter in the attic he could've chewed the cord the detectors are faintly picking up the smell. Most of the time you can call the administrative number for the fire dept. they'll come out check it for free or at minimum tell you what could be causing it what to do.
- Q: I made a blanket with some fabric that is soft on one side and somewhat silky on the other side. I stuffed it with a small bag of polyester fiberfill after flipping the blanket right side out. Its not batting, so I‘m not to sure on how to get it to lay flat evenly in the blanket. The back of the bag says This product meets the flammability requirements of California.care should be exercised near open flame or with burning cigarettes. It doesn‘t say anything about heat, just fire, so would it be okay to iron it on like batting? I really wouldn‘t know how else to do it besides maybe sewing it on but I have no idea how that would work. Any ideas?
- Sorry, you are not going to be able to get polyfill to lie flat and stay put on a long term basis. It is not the right product for the job. Use your seam ripper or a small sharp scissors to open up one side of your blanket, buy some batting, put it inside, and quilt or tie your blanket. You do not need a quilting frame to tie a quilt. We lay quilts out on the big tables at church and tie them, using duct tape to hold the bottom layer in place. I have also tied quilts on the floor - even a queen size one once!
- Q: It recieves air through three of the walls. The walls are super thin. How can i stay warm if i have no heater? will candles help enough? i have a small mobile heater.? will it be enough?
- Do not burn candles why you are asleep. It could start a fire. Same thing with the portable heater. Best thing to do is to get a heavy quilt. You can also insulate the room (sort of) by hanging blankets, quilts, or heavy curtains on the walls. If you want to use less material, you can rig up a sort of tent of blankets, quilts, etc around the bed.
- Q: my teacher told me to think of needs and wants and wanted us to get a few examples of physical/physiological needssafety needsbelonging needs esteem needs self-fulfillment needsphysical/physiological wantssafety wantsbelonging wantsesteem wantsself-fulfillment wantsall i got wasphysical/ physiological needs: water, food, shelter, clothingphysical/ physiological wants: mineral water, fast food, big home, name brand clothingsafety needs: job, house, insurancesome of mine are find of stupid but i shouldn't think of any.i can give u best answer for the person who gives me the most needs and wants
- Well it could be 7/16 or it could very well be metric 11mm . A lot of metric these days as we import almost everything. Good Luck
- Q: How do nut manufacturers get the nuts out of their shells?
- That's just funny.. now all you have to worry about is if your fire dept. flushed that hydrant lately you probably just got a upset stomach just take some Pepito and stay away from iron for the next couple of dayshahahahaha.
- Q: I'm planning to be Dexter for Halloween. Can anyone tell me the type and name of the mask Dexter wears when he kills his victims. It's the clear one.
- That's a pretty good question since I like NFL Jerseys but don't want to have the name of any specific player on it. You can look at some of the jackets where you buy them and see the manufacturers company name on the label and write or call that company to inquire on purchasing one. Sometimes they have a minimum number you can purchase like 6 or 12 but many times you can buy them at piece price. When I did airbrushing many years ago I purchased from companies that sold blank tee shirts like this. The best way to get one is to make your own. I'm serious have someone sew a jacket exactly how you want it and it would be unique as well as a NASCAR style jacket. Try looking at Butterick or McCalls pattern books to see if they have patterns that match the NASCAR jackets. Good luck!
