- Your baby crane might have stepped on something, But this is nothing like malnutrition, From what ive learned the crane may have a joint dysfunction in the knee but this very common in cranes, I really think you should take an X-ray of the cranes legs because,(and the baby cranes feet will expand over time) This could get worse.
