TC6014 tower crane tower crane is novel hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool.
The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the maximum working amplitude of 56m, the independent lifting height of 40m, the adhesion lifting height of 150m, the rated lifting moment of 710kN•m and the maximum lifting moment of 853.2kN•m. All the performance parameters and technical indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many construction enterprises.

The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.

Q: How do they get the tower cranes (the ones used to build sky scrapers) so high? It's not like they can ship them all in one piece so how do they make them taller? I've always wondered that...: Really simple to put up BUT you must double check all your pins and triple check yourself as you go up with the tower crane I have helped put over 24 tower cranes. Only have experienced men do this and always check every step as you go up.

Q: when a tall building is under construction you alwase see cranes on top. well i would like to know 1. how they move them up as the buildung gets taller and 2nd after there done how do they get them down?: bigger cranes

Q: Is there anything similar to the traditon where you fold 1000 origami cranes and you get a wish?: The 1000 paper cranes thing really only became popular after the 2nd world war- a girl in Japan was told she woudl have a wish granted if she did it in a lifetime. She had been a victim of hiroshima (or nagasaki, i forget), so she gave it a shot but ended up dying young from the illness before she reached her quota. The point is, if it does exist in other cultures, it'll likely only be a surface similarity, I'd imagine. I remember reading in a children's book once that every leaf you catch from a tree in the fall before it touches the ground counts as a day's good luck... but i dont know if that's an actual superstition or one made up for the story. I can't remember the name of it either...

Q: There are a range of cranes to be selected for a particular type of job. Please provide any suitable method so that we narrow down our selection criteria .: What is the load weight? How high is the lift? Obstruction, possibly needing a jib? If you are placing a load onto a roof, how far from the edge of the roof is the load going to be placed? How far from the crane pivot is the load on the ground and how far are you going to to move the load away from the crane to place it in position? How close can you get the crane to the load and to the load placement site. The usual scenario is to call a crane outfit and they will ask you these questions over the phone or come to the site and discuss the lift with you. A crane is rated for maximum lift as close, usually 10 feet,to the cab pivot center. As the distance increases, the maximum load that can be lifted, decreases. Our 15 ton crane can pick 15 tons/ 30,000 pounds at 10 feet from pivot center. With the boom fully extended; the boom is 100 feet, at a 30 degree angle, it can pick up only 5,000 pounds. Inside of every crane cab should be a chart that shows the lift capacity at various boom angles and boom lengths. Also is included is a chart for the Jib, if the crane has one. Wingman

And why is called cranes and derricks - What is the correlation between them.: Cranes are used for lifting heavy equipment. Derricks are used to drill for oil. They are two different things.

Q: (Fujian) white crane: There is no Fujian White Crane in NY. There is one instructor in south west NJ who teaches White Crane and if you're willing to travel that far(near Philly), I'll give you his address. I did hear of someone in China Town in Manhattan but I have searched and search and found nothing. Fujian/Fukien White Crane is the ultimate. If you do find someone, let me know.
