TC6014 tower crane tower crane is novel hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool.
The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the maximum working amplitude of 56m, the independent lifting height of 40m, the adhesion lifting height of 150m, the rated lifting moment of 710kN•m and the maximum lifting moment of 853.2kN•m. All the performance parameters and technical indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many construction enterprises.
The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.

- Q: what type of hydraulic oil does a 2007 liebherr LTM 1160 5.1 crane take?
- You're telling me you've been entrusted the control of a crane capable of reaching 565 feet up an you don't know what hydraulic oil it takes?? Jesus Christ mighty... First off, it's in the owners manual, second off it's probably on the resivoir cap.... If you couldn't figure that out you shouldn't be allowed near the damn thing...
- Q: I know that you have to unfold the origami paper crane, but how do you find the surface area of it???????????????????????????/ please help...........
- Do you remember the formula for determining area? For a flat object (like your paper) the formula is Length X Width = Area. or LW=A So unfold your paper, and measure the length and the width, and simply multiply the two numbers. The resulting number will be your area. Of course, that is the area of the unfolded paper. Your crane in it's folded form will have a much different, and harder to find, surface area value.
- Q: What i am seeing is that people are using manual digging and buckets and manually cutting through steel! If they use cranes, it would be alot faster to get to those buried. I dont belive it is unsafe, if they are meticulous.
- Firstly, it can be damnable hard to move cranes through rubble filled streets, even assuming if such things happen to be readily available. Secondly, as the mess beneath the rubble is bound to be unstable, moving stuff off from the top can cause collapses further down. That danger can be lessened by working more slowly and carefully. I dont belive it is unsafe, if they are meticulous. Your belief is all well and good, but is it based on actual experience?
- Q: What does the crane mean to the Korean people?
- The crane mates for life. Most birds do not and very few mammals. So it is a symbol of fidelity and faithfulness or loyalty to one's chosen mate. They are also very long-lived, up to 70 years in captivity, and so are symbols also of longevity. See nationalzoo.si.edu/Animals/Birds/...
- Q: What role does the tower crane torque limiter play?
- The overload protection of tower crane is protected by two equipment, lifting load limiter and torque limiter. The latter generally in the big arm root 4-5 meters to the front of the large arm, overloading (Chao Liju) work, it is more important, basically, the scope of work is torque limiter plays a protective role. While the former is the weight limiter function in the arm root within 4-5 meters, because the tower crane is a jib type crane, each allowing weight lifting position corresponding to the different (CAB load curve). For example, such as 63KN.M, the big arm root 2 meters lifting, the theory is 23 tons, while the torque limiter is not over, but in fact, the tower crane at early crouched down, so the weight limiter in this work.
- Q: What other animals are there in an Eurasian Cranes habitat?
- For example the Spreewald is representative of an ecosystem, the Eurasian Cranes live in. You find there also: Eurasian river otter (Lutra lutra), black stork (Ciconia nigra), white-tailed eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla), osprey (Pandion haliaetus), European fire-bellied toad (Bombina bombina) and several dragonfly species such as the beautiful demoiselle (Calopteryx virgo), banded demoiselle (Calopteryx splendens), several club-tailed dragonflies (Gomphus vulgatissimus, G. flavipes, Ophiogomphus cecilia) and a range of other invertebrates. www.bfn.de/0203_spreewald+M520875...
- Q: What kind of force acting in the brake system which encounter the lifting material force and to maintain its level.
- Cranes work using hydraulics and cables. The cables are wrapped around pulleys and the pulley is turned using hydraulic power. The brake system is simply stopping the pulley from turning by reducing power. The hydraulic system typically will turn a series of gears which in turn spins the pulley that the cable is wrapped around. It's different than a brake system say on a car where when you hit the brakes, pads squeeze on the interior of the wheel rim slowing it down. Cranes you just reduce power and stop the pulley from turning. They also have emergency stops. Older cranes have wedges that would be released onto the cable and then the wedges would grab the cable and slip into a ring. The narrow end of the wedges would slip into the ring first and then as the wedges increased in diameter the grip on the cable would get tighter and then stop the cable from moving. They also have systems on the pulleys to stop the pulley from spinning. They essentially work the same way as a car break. When the emergency brake is triggered, pads will squeeze on the rim of the pulley to stop it. These mechanisms work by friction. They could also have holes around the pulley and a steel pin would be pushed into one of the holes to stop it from spinning. Of course if the force of the weight exceeded the strength of the pin, it would shear.
- Q: I'm 17 and I was planning on reading it for class, do you think it will be easy to read?
- Stephen Crane, Maggie is fantastic! I read it in school when I was 14 so I have no doubt you will have no problems in reading it. Maggie is the tale of an inevitable fall from grace on the part of a young, innocent girl trapped in the vicious world of New York City's slums. Yearning for acceptance and love, beaten at home by alcoholic parents, Maggie sets out with Pete, a local bartender whose cultured mannerisms elicit great respect from the impressionable young girl. However, when Pete spurns her for another, Maggie is ejected out onto the street, forced into prostitution to make a living. We last see her moving off, a huge, oily fat man in tow, for a darkened corner in the city's seedy underworld. If Upton Sinclair's The Jungle is a torrent of social anger and protest, Crane's Maggie is like a brilliant lightning strike, flashing across our vision and leaving us temporarily blinded. The book--scarcely 70 pages--is succint, brutish, and merciless. Crane allows his readers to form their own opinions regarding the characters. His innovative use of near-phonetic spelling to depict in the reader's ear the local dialect of New York's rough neighborhoods was shocking and difficult to comprehend when the book was first released. It lends Maggie an air of earthy legitimacy. Ultimately, Maggie is a cry for the plight of poor children--the souls we overlook with a callous unease mirrored in Pete's offhand, uncaring rejection of young Maggie's genuine love and affection. It is, without qualification, Stephen Crane's greatest and most moving achievement.
- Q: What is the load moment of a crane?
- Cranes are classified according to their tip load of capacity. Moment of a crane depents on its type. Usually moment is calculated by the lenght of its boom multiplied the tip load it carries.
- Q: Is a crane a type of pulley?
- No. A crane is a machine to lift heavy things. It usually uses a pulley. A pulley is part of the crane.
