Make sure it's done safely, sanitary and with a needle. This piercing is more commonaly known as a industrial by the way. 1st of it hurts they all do. This was my most painful piercing ever. Got it done when I was 13, a month before I was 14. Think of it this way: 2 holes being stabbed into your ear connected by a bar. You bump on the other is automatically affected. I would definatly rate it 8.5/10. It was soberly painful. Hurts for a while and healing process is annoying as ever. Worth it for me in my opinion.
