Q: when do you go to bed i go to bed at 6:00 on saturdays: You should follow a regular sleeping schedule. ie;Go to bed at 10:00 and rise at 6:00 that is an 8 hour sleep. The brain processes the day the first 4 hours and rests the last 4 hours. Your brain must be healthy too, it has to know to function. If you sleep too much or too little--you feel terrible.

Say, if you drive past a highway road-cut and see layers of limestone, sandstone or shale- the bedding plane is parallel to the layers. The boundary between beds can be a weak point, that might fail and lead to a landslide but the orientation of the bedding plane is important, if the bedding plane slopes downhill, obviously there's a much better chance of a slide, than if the beds are horizontal, or if the beds slope up.

Put all of it in the dryer on high heat for two hours to kill any hitch hiker bed bugs. Leave your luggage outside and spray it with bed bug spray.

To find the one that's right for you, go to a good bed shop (not a bargain one) and lie down on lots of them. Some will be too firm, some will be too soft and hopefully one will be just right. The more you spend usually the more comfortable it is and the longer it will last. Never buy a bed without lying on it for at least several minutes, with a good pillow. A good bed shop will expect you to do this. General advice is to change your bed every ten years but we had a really good pocket sprung one that lasted for 30!!! (And no it didn't smell, and yes it was still clean)

Q: Are you not supposed to wear thongs in bed while sleeping?: Wearing thongs or any panties with synthetic material put you at risk for yeast infections. Wearing them to bed will only increase the time you wear them which increases your chances. You would be better off wearing cotton (non thong) panties to bed or nothing at all.

Does anybody have any tips on what to use and how to do it?: Unless you have a special bed liner, it's metal. The outer fenders and box is fiberglass but not the bed it's self. If you are talking about the inner bed just go and get a kit that's like rhino liner and roll it on.

Q: Or do i have to buy another one for a toddle bed?: almost all toddler beds use crib mattresses. however, some beds, like car beds, require a box spring. but instead of a box spring, you could just use plywood.
