Features of butt welding fittings:
1. High class materials
Our products only use high class raw materials of carbon/alloy steel pipes made from NKK or MANNESSMANN equipment for ordinary, high pressure, low/high temperature, boiler and other purposes.
2. Uniform wall thickness and perfectly round
This can be achieved by our particular technical knowhow and our quality control program.
3. Accurate dimension
Efficient piping work can be made only with fittings of correct dimensions and shapes. Our fittings are finished to have accurate straight/ plane ends, beveled angle...etc. to applicable standards by means of two or three spindle beveling machines.
Standards of butt welding fittings:
Our welding fittings are manufactured in compliance with the following appliance standards:
ASME B16.9 ASTM A234 MSS-SP43 WPHY60 JIS B2311 DIN2605
ASTM A403 MSS-SP75 WPHY65 JIS B2312 DIN2606

Butt welded pipe fittings in stainless and carbon steel
2) Q: what’s your largest size of flange and fitting? How long is the production cycle?
A: The largest flange we could produce is 80’’ and the largest fitting is 50’’.
In general, we spend 20-25 days in a 20-ton order. If necessary, we could make it shorter.
3) Q: Could you produce according to the drawings?
A: Sure. We could produce according to the provided drawings, which include forged and casted items.

- Galvanized pipe for the water with galvanized fittings, Not brass. Water running through these two unlike metals will cause electrolysis which eventually will cause rust from the galvanized iron pipes. Black iron for the gas.

- There are several different types of compression style fittings available to repair pipes in this situation. I suggest cutting off a very short piece of the pipe and bring it to a local plumbing wholesale store or plumbing shop tmrw and they can show you a fitting that will work. Some brands that could work are - sharkbite - john guest fittings - Jaco fittings - philmac couplings the advantage of a compression fitting is that there is no glue or cement required to seal the joint. The seal is made by a nut and ferrul, rubber gasket or plastic washer. Most of these compression fittings are available from 3/8 to 2 or bigger and are easy to install with tools most people already own. Making sure you have a nice square cut and that you remove any burrs created while cutting is imperative. these fitings can be used on PVC, PEX, CPVC, PolyB, copper, and certain galvanized sizes. If youre stuck gluing, make sure you are using a proper primer before you apply the cement to the pipe and leave the pipe de-pressurized as long as possible. You can also try using a non flaming heat gun from a safe distance ( glue and primer are extremely flammable) so as to speed the curing up while not damaging the pipe or causing a fire or explosion. hope this helps :) Roland

- My gut reaction is, whatever an adult chooses to do with their head is their own business. MinorsI'm definitely pro-helmets for them as they may not have the thought processes to weigh risked consequences vs. peer pressure or even the maturity to make an EDUCATED decision about it for themselves and they tend to think it can't happen to me anyway. This is going to be just like the seatbelt issue when they first started legislating it. You hardly hear anything about it now because the kids today have grown up using them and now it's the norm. If they require it for minors, in a few years it will be the exception who puts aside the helmet once they're of age. I'm 43 and using a helmet for the first time this year. I always used to say I was making an educated but illogical choice for the freedom of riding without one. Until a friend got hurt this year and will likely not ride much this fall. I'm not willing to give up a season if I don't have to. And I started thinking that being brain-damaged, drooling, unable to speak and move while sitting in my own excrement didn't sound much like freedom to me.
- Q:What would I need to do and is this dangerous?
- Some types of sensors we use are: (1) rate-of rise (detects the rate of temperature rise in a closed space) (2) fusible link (link melts at certain temperature) (3) bi-metal sensor, or thermostat (closes a contact at a certain temperature) (4) fire-eye (detects light in a certain spectrum range) (5) smoke detectors, or ionization units, that detect smoke particulate in the air. (6) infrared detectors, similar to fire-eyes Sensor output is usually just a change of status (normally open to closed circuit, or normally closed to open circuit), or a low-voltage, low-amperage output to the processor (ex. 12V 4-20mA) Most of our processing units are PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which takes the output signal from the sensor and triggers a response in a control unit and/or sends an alarm to a remote console.

- Synthetic resins are materials with similar properties to natural resins—viscous liquids capable of hardening. They are typically manufactured by esterification or soaping of organic compounds. The classic variety is epoxy resin, manufactured through polymerization-polyaddition or polycondensation reactions, used as a thermoset polymer for adhesives and composites. Epoxy resin is two times stronger than concrete, seamless and waterproof. As such it has been mainly in use for industrial flooring purposes since the 1960s. Since 2000, however, epoxy and polyurethane resins are used in interiors as well, mainly in Western Europe. One more category, which constitutes 75% of resins used, is unsaturated polyester resin. Ion exchange resin is another important class with application in water purification and catalysis of organic reactions. See also AT-10 Resin, melamine resin. Another synthetic polymer is also sometimes called by the same suffix, acetal resin. By contrast with the other synthetics, however, it has a simple chain structure with the repeat unit of form -[CH2O]-.

- Q:Lets say i am in 5th gear, i see some traffic ahead of me that is moving but its just really slow. I will downshift to 2nd, but i sometimes feel like the car is going to stall because it is going so slow. I do not want to full stop because the traffic IS moving, and i do not downshift to 1st. What do you normally do in this situation. It happens a lot to me during stop SIGNS. when i am waiting in line at stop SIGNS.another question is speed bumps: lets say i am in 2nd gear and i approach a speed bump. i start braking but as soon as i hit the speed bump my car starts to shake and rumble. should i press the clutch in as i go over speed bumps and just re-accelerate in the same gear? or what?

- Q:Where was the Nascar official when one of the greatest drivers ever violates a simple safety rule. Anyone who has been around power machinery knows it is not a good thing to grind without wearing goggles or safety glasses! Do you think Nascar would allow a one eyed Tony Stewart drive in any series? The answer is NO! Depth perception is a must in close contact automobile racing; no exceptions. Let's be thankful that the Smoke Man was not injured!!!

- Q:I have a hard wired smoke alarm that is beeping 1x every 30 seconds. I removed the cover and looked for a battery and could not find anywhere for a battery to be placed.just the wires that the detector is attached to. I have lived in this house for 7 years and this is the 1st time it has chirped. I tried to test/hush it by pressing the test/hush button on the cover.and it is still beeping. I also reset power to the house and no luck. Am I missing something here? Any suggestions?
- This is just my opinion, but as far as usage, tubing must be used in every case where O.D. dimension is important. That's why it's used in boilers and heat exchangers, because it must be inserted into the vessel through a hole, and so that dimension is important. The fittings used to join tubing are pretty limited. Above 1 diameter, pipe is almost always used for fluid transfer, because fittings (elbows and tees and stuff) must be used. At 1/8 to 1/2 diameter, you can use either to transfer material, but tubing gets a lot easier to work with as you go down in size.

- Safety pins are not even close to being sharp enough to pierce through cartilage. You would most likely end up messing it up horribly, crooked, bleeding and infected. If you think you are so mature you would know using a safety pin is the dumbest idea possible. By some hollow needles ($3 on for a set of 10 needles!)
