Features standards and products of our butt welding fittings:

Features of butt welding fittings:

1.       High class materials

Our products only use high class raw materials of carbon/alloy steel pipes made from NKK or MANNESSMANN equipment for ordinary, high pressure, low/high temperature, boiler and other purposes.

2.       Uniform wall thickness and perfectly round

This can be achieved by our particular technical knowhow and our quality control program.

3.       Accurate dimension

Efficient piping work can be made only with fittings of correct dimensions and shapes. Our fittings are finished to have accurate straight/ plane ends, beveled angle...etc. to applicable standards by means of two or three spindle beveling machines.

Standards of butt welding fittings:

Our welding fittings are manufactured in compliance with the following appliance standards:

ASME B16.9   ASTM A234   MSS-SP43   WPHY60   JIS B2311   DIN2605

I'm not sure what your budget is, but since your already using AutoCAD, why not use Autodesk Inventor with the Tube and Pipe Routed Systems Add-In?
Q: My step son is 12 years old he still pees the bed we have tried the pills. I have also tried waking him up through out the night. Hes mother blames it on him being a premie when he was born. I really would like to know why so I can get this proble to stop this has to be so embarassing for his to still be wearing pull ups
Solder. No R. Plumbing solder is lead free, electrical solder is not. Any hardware or self improvement will have plumbing solder and it will be marked that way. You also need flux- that's a MUST. You need a propane torch, and the fittings need to be dry inside as you can't solder a water filled pipe. To solder copper, sand the surfaces to bright metal first. Apply the flux. Heat the metal first- touch occasionally with the solder. When the solder melts from the heat in the metal (not the torch flame) it will flow into the joints.
Q: Well here's da deal, I've done quite alot of research on this and i know that da XI2 is hands down best. but im a college student in north Dakota(were it snows and have ice like crazy!) i wana spend on this smartly. If i go with a set of generals im gona save like $130 but i want good traction too since i put a decent amount of time on the road and my car is lexus sc300 RWD (i know what u thinking but It's the only 1 i have and love it!). My concern is will a set of general STUDDABLES( altimax arctics without studs) will deliver what i want? i drive fast but since it started to snow couple of days ago im driving insanely slow and still i have problem since i have all season tires on it now. i want to drive in a decent pace in city and at least 70-80 on highway. Guys what do you think??? that extra $130 will be worth while spending to help my driving? or i can getaway with a set or cheap generals???
The best parental control is to have a non-deletable history. That would be the best way to go. One that saves to a spot on your hard drive somewhere not accessable by the user. Let the child go where they need to on the internet, and you can see what they're doing. It would be a better indication to what the child is interested in and where they go. It would be more useful than completely denying them from places. This way you don't control where the person goes at that moment, because lets face it, if you give a person a gun and say, don't kill with itthey're going to kill. If you say don't go across the street at this time, they're going across the street. Anything you produce can and will be broken. So if you just have a program of some kind that keeps a history somewhere un-detected that the user is unaware, you'll have a top selling product.
Q: 1. Which one would u rather have on yur fantasy team?2. Which one is a better RB?
I suppose so much humans don't seem to be interested in enormous stomachs however a few are. For essentially the most side humans like flat stomachs although however do not positioned strain on your self to have one,it takes plenty of disapline if it isn't hereditory. I could suppose a best percent could just like the 2d one, flat belly with thick thighs. I suppose so much men desire some thing to preserve directly to and prefer curves. thin legs typically don't seem to be essentially the most wonderful, toned could be greater and more fit. But in case your total purpose of asking that is to uncover what men likeyou should not appear to men for aproval of ways your frame appears. You have got to handle your self and be healthful and do what makes you blissful and consider well approximately your self. that is fundamental and that'll draw in tons of well guys;-)
Q: does anybody know a great place online to buy motorcycle or moped alarms?TIA,Luke
galvanized pipe means just that it is coated with galvanize to help keep it from rusting. blk pipe has no coating inside and a blk finish outside, normally used for natural gas piping installations. wall thickness is either schedule 40, or 80. 40 is the standard 80 is a much thicker wall used for high pressure applications. the 1inch pipe and the 1inch nipples are the same wall thickness. the threads on both all taper inwards. by drilling a hole in galvanized pipe you will expose the inside wall of the hole to water, gas, oil, or what ever you are using the piping syatem for. therefore you are defeating the porpous of the galvanizd coating. hope this helped
Q: which has more quality? natural rubber or synthetic rubber?
copper will cost you a whole lot considering copper prices. CPVC is ok, and PVC is not allowed for potable water. A real good system to use is PEX pipe. I use the Zurn Pex system and have had no problems with it. It installs quicker, uses less fittings, and is way cheaper than copper.
Q: Can anyone recommend a good alarm clock (preferable not made in China). I late for works these becuase of the crappy brand new alarm clock. I lose confidence in all Made in China products.

Q: My friend and I covered (brushed) his rolled roofing (1 layer) with Black Jack fibered roof coating (black). His roof is flat with a 15 degree slope top to bottom. His roof had leaks and it rained 2 days before we covered the roof. The roof felt dry when we started. The temperature range has been 45-85 with some dew in the morning. It has been a couple of days and the covering is blisteringsmall blisters that just seem to contain air. Is it possible moisture from below the roof surface trying to escape? It had been dry for a month before the day of rain that preceded our project, and dry since. Is it the morning dew causing a problem? Most important, is it ruined, or can we roll out the blisters with a rubber roller or something? I'm wondering how long the coating takes to cure as well, as it seems a bit soft to walk on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Yes, the pipe threads are the same However - The 40 80 refer to what water pressure the pipes and fittings are designed to handle - 40 psi 80 psi. That's why the pipe wall on sch 80 is thicker. Mixing the two is a bad idea. You'll either waste money buying heavy-duty sch 80 for a system that stays within the 40 psi limit of of the lighter pipe, or you'll waste money and time replacing the lighter parts when they blow out at the higher pressure.
Q: Who can tell me that one is a card sleeve, one is threaded sleeve joint, and the other is the card sleeve type joint, what's the difference?.I have a drawing at the same time to use these two, are 1 inches of joints, I do not know how to distinguish between the names.
One is a card sleeve, the other is a threaded sleeve type joint called a sleeve type end angle pipe joint (wherein, the clamping sleeve is an end right angle pipe joint and a sleeve type taper thread end right angle pipe joint)
