Q: I'm awaiting a bank deposit from Chile, and need a power of attorney document. The consulate doesn't e-mail them so I would have to go to them myself. Is there anything I need to take with me?
It has nothing to do with any Embassy or consulate it come from the Person awarding the Status to you.
Q: Because I'm choosing a loan and I noticed Commerce Bank and Wachovia both have great reviews on there, but I just wanted to make sure it wasn't due to them paying JD Power for that rankings.this is in relation to where i will be getting my stafford loan, customer service is a must.
JD Powers is an independent research company a division of McGraw- Hill.
Q: I knew the implied power are not directly mention in the constitution but they are there. I knew it is also know as the necessary or proper law. I think? Can someone please help me?Give support for where it is located in the constitution so i can go back and read it my self. thanks
Yep necessary and proper clause- article I section 8. It gives congress the ability to have powers over more areas than were mentioned in the constitution explicitly, things the writers of the constitution could have never anticipated. It gives congress a more expanded power. This clause has already been found to give congress the power to regulate banking, establish post offices and raise military forces.
Q: i have PQI 12000 power bank that support 2A charge speed and a 550 mah wall charger can i charge the power bank on this charger ?or is it dangerous ?if it just time i don t care :Dand another question can i charge my phone (Galaxy Ace 3 1500 mah battery on 2A charger) ?
First, you should know that ONLY BATTERIES have mAh ratings. The h means hour. Chargers have only mA or A ratings. No h. Ever. Since 550 mA is only a little more than 25% of 2 A (2000 mA), there should be no problems. Phones have charge controllers in them, so that should work, too.
Q: I am under the opinion that the Federal Reserve System and our Banking industry has gotten us into this huge financial mess we are in today.I am also under the opinion that the Federal Reserve System as well as our Banking Industry needs to be under a much closer eye then they are today. In our Banking Industry, that can be a combination of private enterprise and far tighter government oversight and control. Our Federal Reserve System needs to be totally transparent and a public entity, instead of what it is now, a private one where not even our government knows who all the players are, or what really goes on behind their closed doors.Your input please.
Since the Fed isn't private (it's independent--that's different) your question doesn't make sense. You yourself admit that it was created by an act of Congress. Explain how something created by Congress, that could be dissolved by Congress, that has a board appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate is somehow private--can you find even one private company where that's true? Since it was created by law, please show where in the law it says that it's private.
Q: I just recieved a Harbor Freight generator with an 800/900 max watt capacity as a gift. I want to use it to power a 29 foot travel trailer (lights, microwave, tv, fridge, radio). I will be living in it so I want a way to give it power 24/7. I know this generater is not big enough to do that, but could I possibly charge 2-4 deep cell batteries to do the trick? I don't know much about this, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Q: I have Power of Attorney for my mother. There are some bonds we want to turn in. I tried at my bank and the lady asked if my mom has an account there and I told her no. At that point she wouldn't cash them for me. Should I be limited to cashing bonds only if my mom has an account there and if so why?
2 separate issues. The fact you have permission legally to cash them does not mean you meet the requirement of the institution to agree to cash them at all. Stick with HER banks
Q: If I put $10K cash in a local bank, is that bank allowed to transfer that money to the Federal Reserve and use it as M0 or high powered money and thereby invoke the money multiplier to loan out a multiple of this original money?
Short answer: No (in terms of does your bank deposit add to M0) Longer answer: M0 (the monetary base) is only change when the Fed creates money out of thin air (usually) by buying T-Bill, or destroying money by (usually( selling T-Bills The deposit multiplier is in effect when your bank loans money from your deposit, which may be redeposited, then reloaned, and so forth. Money that your bank transfer to the federal reserve does not affect either M0 or M1 or M2
Q: By owning the Federal Reserve Bank, they can print as much money as they need to buy off anyone who isn't Jewish and stands in their way or has power over major sectors of our govt and society.
Please Please Please tell me you are not a product of the American Education System. There are actually 12 different Federal Reserve Banks around the country, and they are owned by big private banks. But the banks don’t necessarily run the show. Nationally, the Federal Reserve System is led by a Board of Governors whose seven members are appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate The stockholders in the 12 regional Federal Reserve Banks are the privately owned banks that fall under the Federal Reserve System. These include all national banks (chartered by the federal government) and those state-chartered banks that wish to join and meet certain requirements. About 38 percent of the nation’s more than 8,000 banks are members of the system, and thus own the Fed banks. The concept of ownership needs some explaining here, however. The member banks must by law invest 3 percent of their capital as stock in the Reserve Banks, and they cannot sell or trade their stock or even use that stock as collateral to borrow money. They do receive dividends of 6 percent per year from the Reserve Banks and get to elect each Reserve Bank’s board of directors. The private banks also have a voice in regulating the nation’s money supply and setting targets for short-term interest rates, but it’s a minority voice. Those decisions are made by the Federal Open Market Committee, which has a dozen voting members, only five of whom come from the banks. The remaining seven, a voting majority, are the Fed’s Board of Governors who, as mentioned, are appointed by the president. You cannot print as much money as you want or need and it does not stand in the way of the government. The government is the Federal Reserve as they actually call the shots of the President and senate via the board. I SO hope you are not the product of the American education system and if you are, please tell me you went to school in some place like Mississippi or Indiana
Q: I keep trying but it makes no sense!
