Q: Hello, big problem here! Live in Toronto, Canada. -Co-signed a car loan with my ex husband. We not together now.-He was primary signer I was secondary.-Failed to make payments from last July. Gave car to the bank (TD Canada Trust were financers)-I have a basic bank account with Scotiabank. How long before they attempt to freeze my bank account? I was told this is what they will do next, and will they freeze both our accounts or just one? Thanks for any insight at all.
What's the problem? Do you still owe TD money? Even if you do, they can't access your Scotiabank account without a court order. So you don't have to worry about TD unless they get a judgement against you. If you owe money to Scotiabank, and aren't paying, they can take the money out of your account. It's unlikely they'd ever freeze the account, though.
Q: What is the introduction of mobile power?
Easy to carry portable power supply. For the increasingly diversified digital products, the use of more frequent,
Q: I am gonna have debate in this subject and I dont really find anything negative with gene bank?
THANK U BOTH
Q: I got a '05 Duramax and want some more power. Is anyone better than the other for Chevy? Anything I should know before?
banks
Q: I have Power of Attorney for my mother. There are some bonds we want to turn in. I tried at my bank and the lady asked if my mom has an account there and I told her no. At that point she wouldn't cash them for me. Should I be limited to cashing bonds only if my mom has an account there and if so why?
2 separate issues. The fact you have permission legally to cash them does not mean you meet the requirement of the institution to agree to cash them at all. Stick with HER banks
Q: I'm considering buy the Harman Kardon Soundsticks III but I realized I would only use them to play music off my iPhone. Do I need a computer to power them? Or does it have a power cable I could plug into the wall. Might be a dumb question, but better safe than out of $200 bucks. Thanks!
i think yes you need a computer to power that thing
Q: I think my father who passed away in February may have had a bank account in South Carolina. I am not sure if he did or not. I know that if he did it would have to go through probate. My question is does it have to go through probate just to find out if he even had a bank account or not?? The bank account May be based out of a bank in South Carolina and I live in Michigan. What are the steps that I need to go through in order to find out if a bank account does actually exist.
If you are just going on speculation and don't have any info as far as what bank, you should start with hiring a forensic accountant to research it. If you have a will naming you as the executor and a death certificate, probate should be handled in his home state. Hope this helps.
Q: Critics charged that President Franklin D. Roosevelt's plan to increase the number of Supreme Court Justices was in conflict withthe Supreme Court's practice of judicial restraint the constitutional principle of checks and balances attempts of Congress to limit judicial responsibilities efforts to restrict the number of terms a President could serveA major complaint of western farmers in the late 19th century concerned the increase in the number of immigrant settlers restrictive land policies of the United States heavy military expenditures of the Federal Government power of banks and railroads over the farm economy
1) The consitutional principle of checks and balances (FDR wanted to stack the court with justices that he knew would support his New Deal plan.) 2) Power of banks and railroads over the farm econmy (Banks were charging enormous rates on their loans and railroads were able to control supply/demand)
Q: Any thoughts about What Are The Disadvantages of Online Banking? Thanks.
In my opinion, there are none, as long as you keep all of your personal info and pin number private. Never write it down either. Make sure your bank account is yours alone and that no one has any way into it. You have 24/7 access to it and can view and move money around and pay bills at anytime. Try it, you will wonder why you didn't do it earlier.
Q: I have small electrical item its electrical plug which I call adapter output is DC 12 volts so when I plug this adapter into AC outlet of 220 volts my item starts running. Now I need to run this item at remote location where there is no electricity possibly for one hour or more I have power bank to charge my iPhone can I use that or can I run it thu normal alkaline batteries can i run it by car battery need some easier and simpler solution. Thanks
If you have the plug for your device(and I assume you have one) connect it to your car battery, but a small coil in series and an Eelco 120pf should suffice parralel and your all good to go. The eelco+coil will take the punishment from any peeks and EMC problems from the car. Don't forget to start the car every once in a while if it takes longer than the hour! wouldn't want to be stranded in the middle of nowhere.
