Q: I knew the implied power are not directly mention in the constitution but they are there. I knew it is also know as the necessary or proper law. I think? Can someone please help me?Give support for where it is located in the constitution so i can go back and read it my self. thanks
Yep necessary and proper clause- article I section 8. It gives congress the ability to have powers over more areas than were mentioned in the constitution explicitly, things the writers of the constitution could have never anticipated. It gives congress a more expanded power. This clause has already been found to give congress the power to regulate banking, establish post offices and raise military forces.
Q: Do banks function while the power is down?
Normally you don't find Power Switch off in Downtown in India except exceptional circumstances e.g. Power grid trip. But even if there is Power switch off, banks do have back up power facilities including generators. It doesn't interrupt banks working.
Q: I read that there is a World Bank out of Europe that controls the flow of real money and procedures to smaller national banks in the U.S. even small city banks and regional banks are controlled by the World Bank? They have the ultimate power for most countries banks. Is this true?
No. At least not in the US. The Fed (US Government) controls the small banks in the US
Q: I am looking to get a power of attorney to make a purchase of a property for my mother. My mother is a foreign national, who travels to the US using a Visitors Visa. She currently has various US bank account. I would be making the purchase of a property using those account. How do i go about obtaining a power of attorney document in Virginia, USA. Where should the documents be file or does it just have to be notoried.?
Worried First, obtaining a loan for a foreign national is difficult if not impossible in any foreign country. Each bank has its own specific power of attorney for it own bank accounts. As for the real estate transaction, you should contact a title company. They will instruct you to which kind of P/A is needed in their state. It is usually a very specific power of attorney used only in connection with the purchase / sale and finance of a property and has limited or no powers other than that. so is transactional in nature. Q: 2 weeks i think continuously and was only stopped by man , is this perpetual motion
dno
Q: CITI-BANK,CHASE MANHATTAN,BANK OF AMERICA,for those who couldn't pay their credit cards.
Not a bad idea.maybe that will teach people to be responsibleyou know it is stealing.better that than going to jail.
Q: Hello i am looking to buy this power supply, can my computer support this?
All ATX form factor power supplies are required to be manufactured to the same measurements and specifications to be compatible with all ATX computer cases, so it should fit if you have an ATX case.
Q: If you could have one super power what would it be? Why?Would you use your powers for fame and glory (superhero) or for infamy and greed (supervillian)? Why?I would like to have steel skin, like Colossus, because I would be almost invulnerable to anything. I would rob banks and become rich. Screw saving people.
i'd want to be like jean as in x-men
Q: Do they want the West Bank to be part of Israel or the future Palestinian state? (If there will be one)
The West Bank is considered occupied territory. Meaning, the Israeli's are the occupying power in a foreign country. So, the 1949 Geneva Convention states that an occupying power will not settle their citizens in an occupied territory. Israel has, and is, doing just that. So, the settlements are illegal. In my opinion, this could all be settled if the world would renounce all religion and begin to treat each other as equalsbut, it's just a pipe dream of mine :)
Q: I live in houston, tx and my husband went to jail. I have a notarized durable power of attorney but the bank will not let me deposit his check in my bank because he doesn't sign on my account. He doesn't have a bank account. What can I do? He needs this money to post bail or get an attorney.
Hire an attorney. Have the attorney go see him in jail and get him to endorse the check. Then, the attorney can deposit it in his escrow account, and sign over a balance to you (if there is one), or he can return it to you. Once it has been endorsed by your husband, you can deposit it in your account, but you'll have to wait for it to clear before you have access to the funds. Once you have access, then you can bail out your husband. ** Note: This is a general discussion of the subject matter of your question and not legal advice. Local laws or your particular situation may change the general rules. For a specific answer to your question you should consult legal counsel with whom you can discuss all the facts of your case. **
