NO matter what you find here, it will be very general and may not do the right job; and will still have to go to him to sign and notarize. Might just as well have it done right there. Military POA's are a little different. Only he signs the POA as the person granting it. The son doesn't need to sign the POA, but the tenant needs to sign a POA form the bank will accept. It's the TENANT's POA, not the son's. The tenant is giving power TO the son. So only the tenant's signature is needed. It would be simpler to ask the bank if the tenant can add the son to the account. That kind of thing can usually be done thru the mail (signature cards). I did this with my dad, out-of-state. I never went to his bank, but signed the cards and sent them back. In fact, I'm listed on one bank account that I never signed anything for.

Orchard is owned by Household Bank, which also supplies unsecured high interest credit cards to people with eithe no credit, or bad credit that are trying to rebuild their credit. Wlhen the card arrives, it will arrive with documents detailing the interest rates, grace periods, etc. There are no annual fees for having an Orchard card. Keep all the documentation, you never know when you may need it. As you spend and pay off the card every month your credit limit will increase. The response you got was standard and not out of the ordinary in the least. If you have already been approved, you need to overlook the bit about your application being in review. That is only there because some of the people who apply for Orchard cards need to be examined carefully because it IS a card typically applied for by people with past bankrupcies, judgements, etc, but you seem to be just fine. As a kicker, if someone dies with a Salliemae loan, the federally funded loans are cleared but the private loans are due from the estate

Any help would be greatly appreciated.: Check to make sure that the belt did not come off. Does the fluid leak out as soon as you put it in? If so, check the hoses coming from the pump to see if one is leaking. If it's NOT leaking anywhere, then what's most likely happened is that one of the hoses has been kinked or crushed somewhere along the line, preventing fluid from getting to the steering box. If your car has cooling lines going into a small radiator that's mounted in front of the car's regulator, then THAT could have been crushed.If your car has rack pinion steering, maybe one of the lines going to the rack was bent or crushed. Either way, it's very doubtful that you need to go to a body shop. Any regular mechanic will almost certainly be able to diagnose repair your problem.
