Q:I have healthy hair and I don't want to ruinWhere/what are the best flat irons and where do I buy one?
A good straightner has smooth plates so they don't snag pull your hair while you are using itI would also try to get one that has multiple heat settingsThe most popular/widely available kind of straightners are the ones with ceramic platesAlso when you use a straightner be sure to use a thermal protector(you can find these at mass retail stores or your fave salon) and watch the setting you have your straightner onIf it is too hot for your hair type it can burn your hair.
Q:Also, can you give me a couple of sentences please?
I would try using a cigarette lighter to melt the fabric back it will also cause a small lump on the end to tie it together again we have a shag and this is how I do ours caution CAUTION do not touch the melted part until it cools down if it is still melted it will stick to your skin and belive me it does burn and keep burning .
Q:I have recently fallen in love with crochetingwhat are some really good online websites that sell the yarn and hook at a reasonable price?
Lemon garlic butter sauceI saw it in a bottle and it isn't half bad.
Q:His fever started yesterday after noon out of no where he just started shaking like if he was really coldHe's temperature right now is 102.7 I did call the doctor and he told me to give him MotrinWhat else can I do to help my little one feel better?
Just hold him close, sing to him, and keep a close watch on his temperature - warm him with cozy blankets when he needs it, and keep him cool when he needs thatBest of luck to you - poor thing!
Q:It Is A Really Cold Day After A Hurricane And I Think My Horse May Need A Blanket, What Should The Temperature Be To Put It On Him (He Is A 14 year Old Quarter Horse Gelding)?
If your horse is shivering, it tells you that his core body temperature has dropped and his muscles are quivering to increase heat productionSo, if your horse is shivering, you may want to blanket him until it stopsFeeling the skin temperature is not a good indicator of the need for blanketing, since the body reduces blood flow to skin by constricting blood vessels at the skin surface which then increases blood flow (and heat) to the core of the bodyThis makes the skin feel cool even though the body temperature is fineAdding blankets based on cool skin can result in overheating the horse, causing him to sweat and lose more body heat, so it is counterproductiveSweating under a blanket can also lead to development of skin infections such as rain rotRather than blanketing, just being sure he has hay in front of him is all that is usually needed to produce plenty of his own body heatAs hay ferments in the hind gut, it acts like a furnace, producing heat within the horse's bodyMy horses are out without blankets year round, and are never sickIt gets down to minus 30 to 40 F in winterThey can stand outside in any weather and choose to do so despite the fact that they have a very nice shelter to go intoI do provide them with 24/7 access to good grass hay in addition to their hard feed.
Q:i'm using a hair iron ceramic, and i only use shampoo and conditioner does it damage my hair and get me bald ?
Hello Prince of Madness : -A space between two surfaces at different temperatures will have a natural convection circulation establishedThe fluid between the two surfaces will rise at hot surface and move downward at the cold surfaceThe fluid with such natural or free convection takes heat from hot surface to the cold surfacePutting insulation between the two surfaces prevents the natural or free convection from getting establishedWith the insulation in place, heat transfer is by conduction through a material with a very low thermal conductivityFor conduction: Qdot ( k ) ( A ) ( T1 - T2 ) / ( L ) Adding more insulation increases L for above equation, thus reducing Qdot, the heat transfer rate from surface 1 at T1 to surface 2 at T2 .
Q:I just had my hair layered and cut shoulder lengthIt has been full of static and will not lay flat(I have been using Pantene, but it doesn't work well for my hair) I have very fine hair, so I would like something moisturizing, but not heavy, because that would weigh my hair down.Does anyone have recommendations for shampoo/ conditioner and styling products? I blow dry my hair pretty much every day, too. Also, can anyone recommend a good hairdryer? Price really doesn't matter, I just want stuff that works.
You need a really good moisture conditonerI use pureology products at my salonThey make a shampoo and conditoner called hydrate and everyone of my clients swear by it! it's about 20 bucks each, but you only use a quater size amountas for styling products, you need a thermal protector for all the blowdryingalso use a silicone shine serum for after for flyawaysi will link you some good products that I use and loveAs for a blowdryer, a good one will be spendy, like $150 but it is worth it on your hair! Any brand will do as long as you get tourmoline and ceramic and ionicThese thing keep your hair healthy, shiny and frizz free! try chi, t3 or go to sallys and get their generic version of the CHIMy mom bought it and it was like 60 bucks and it's pretty compairable to the better onesDO NOT USE SUAVE OR PANTENE OR ANY OTHER STORE BRAND because the chemicals they put in cheap brands strip your hair and make it nasty! The reason good brands are expensive is because the ingredients they use are formulated to help your hair, cheap brands can't afford those ingredients so it's just detergents.like your dish soap!!!!!
Q:So we're making an Identity Book in school, and the cover has to be creativeBut my friends kind of stole my idea;p so now im out of ideas(.should i make a collage or is that too cliche?
Put your friends who stole your ideas as your identity, and say you don't have an identity anymore ^_^ Identity theftOr have an image of something that's becoming or growing, or think of mythological beings you relate toYou can make your cover with texture, like fabric, yarn, glue non-image things onto it, look around for odd pieces you have, game boards, It's all about time and having funDon't worry what others will think, if you like it, chances are - others will too.
