QTZ50(4810) tower crane is hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by Shandong Fuyou Co., Ltd. by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool and has excellent performance.

The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the effective amplitude of 48m and the maximum lifting moment of 544kN•m. The tower crane has the lifting height of 30m and the adhesion lifting height of 120m (2 magnification) during independent use.
All the speed indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane has the total installed capacity of 24.9kW, features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many medium-small construction enterprises.

The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.

Q: Does anyone know of any companies that sell mobile cranes suited for extreme cold? I'm aware of Liebherr and Havator's harbor cranes, but I can't find much else. Thanks
this is not my area of study but i will give you something to consider. if you are looking for a large capacity crane for use on permafrost, you wont find one. the pressure placed on the permafrost by large weights will cause it to melt. anything that is heavy, like a house, will sink in the tundra just like it will in a swamp. for houses they excavate the foundation a build a giant wooden raft that the hose floats on. in ST Petersburg, Russians preferred a mix of reeds and slave laborers corpses's to build the raft. as long as the ground is not frozen there is somebody how makes what you want. if the ground is frozen, you will only find small machinery. best of luck ps dont look to hard. lots of diesel engines work great at sub-subfreezing temps.
Q: I have a vessel 40 feet off the ground in a platform, and the crane can get to within 30 feet of it (from the side). I'm more curious of the process for sizing them though.
All cranes have a lifting capacity that is based on the angle of the boom. The more vertical the boom, the more it can lift. With that in mind you select a crane based on the amount of weight being lifted and the angle the boom will have to have to reach the load. In some cases extra counter weights can be added to some crane to increase their lifting capacity. You should be using a contractor to supply the crane and the knowledge to provide the proper equipment and do the actual work safely.
Q: death... by exile! Also, which Batman movie was your favorite and why?Mine was the first because it was cool to see how Wayne started and got all the Batman stuff and the movie was less confusing, haha. Plus I thought the actor Cillian played Scarecrow really great :)
Yes, that was such a nice surprise. He was a great villain in Batman Begins. For a split second, I was like Wait a minute - the last time I saw Dr. Crane, he was freaking out on that Toxin they released into The Narrows. . ., but then, I remembered - he and everyone else affected by that poison were given the antidote after it was produced by Wayne Enterprises. His role as the judge at the sort of Reign Of Terror style court system is perfect - Crane clearly enjoyed watching people suffer mentally, liked seeing them terrified. Sadistic little twerp. Tough call on favorite.. . while I think the first two thirds of The Dark Knight are probably the very best of the series. . . my personal fave is Batman Begins, too. I can remember the first time I saw it, and as they're showing the establishment shot of those mountains in Asia, Raz Al-Ghul's lair. . . I kept thinking, this is different than any other Batman stuff I've seen - this is cool! Kinda sad it's over! :( Edit - And I just wanted to add - I've used that line Bruce's dad says with my own little son: Why do we fall? :)
Q: Flocks of cranes shout'. Is it right to use the word'shout' here?
No, it's not. First, the collective noun for cranes—its term of venery—is either herd or sedge, not flock. Second, the sound a crane makes is a whoop, or when not a whoop but a rattling sound, it is a bulge, not a shout.
Q: How many meters is the tower crane installed on the edge of the deep foundation pit?
Hello, it depends on your design requirements, generally have the pit bottom, straight out of a tower crane base do. Or elevator shaft is also more. Generally, the foundation pit is shallow foundation pit or relatively small foundation pit.
Q: The really really tall ones you see next to skyscrapers. How do they assemble them? I thought that maybe they use another crane, but then how did they assemble that crane? Some of them are really, really tall. Try to remember what one looks like. They have long hollow necks with a top section where the driver sits that stretches long horizontally.

Q: what do you think happened to ichabod crane?
He got into porcelain work and designed the first modern toilet. When you see an industrial or residential toilet with the Crane mark and name on it, know that it's predecessor was made by the man who faced the Headless Horseman. After that fateful meeting, he had an extreme interest in efficiently removing solid human waste.
Q: This poor little guy has been out on my balcony where I smoke my cigarettes for two days now. One wing is badly mangled and he can't fly away, I thought to just let him work it out yesterday in hopes of him healing on his own somewhere, but today he was climbing on my leg as if asking for help and I feel horrible for him now...he's suffering, he hasn't gone far in at least 24 hours I feel I should feed him and give him water until he heals...what do crane flies even eat?? Any advise aside of killing him and putting him out of his misery would be great!!
Well, it looks like they only have a lifespan of a 2 weeks at the most, so I'd just make him comfortable and let nature do its thing. According to Wikipedia, adult crane flies don't really eat--they just hang out and mate... If you really want, I suppose you could put some sugar water in a bottle cap or something for him.
Q: Military Action movie with bunch of cranes at the end?
Cranes like construction equipment or Cranes like the birds?
Q: where did the story originated from? how and why did it happened?
Well, the story was used to explain where babies come from to smaller children, but it was storks, not cranes, and Im sure it ticked Mother Goose off _ But, the the myth originated in greek mythology see: In Greek mythology, Gerana was an ?thiope, the enemy of Hera, who changed her into a stork, a punishment Hera also inflicted on Antigone, daughter of Laomedon of Troy (Ovid, Metamorphoses 6.93). Stork-Gerana tried to abduct her child, Mopsus. This accounted, for the Greeks, for the mythic theme of the war between the pygmies and the storks. In popular Western culture, there is a common image of a stork bearing an infant wrapped in cloths held in its beak; the stork, rather than absconding with the child Mopsus, is pictured as delivering the infant, an image of childbirth.
