- I am not sure, but you probably do not need one for a crane perse. Although if you do that, you are basically modifying your current vehicle and you may need documentation for that. To be sure, ask the Land Transportation Office. or visit their site: www.lto .ph/

How it can possible? Why crane is not offballencing while we adding extra counter weights on it without any suspended load?
- Usually the counterweights can move back and forth on an arm. They are moved toward the crane when there is no load and away from the crane when there is a load. If the counterweights can't move, then the crane must be designed to hold (at least) the minimum counterweights in their fixed location. As the crane gets loaded, the net moment decreases, and then increases in the other direction as more and more load gets added. It is still likely that the maximum design moment when loaded far exceeds the moment due to the counterweights on an unloaded crane.

I would suggest you go to your teacher/professor and ask where to obtain a copy. If you can't ask your teacher, run, do not walk! to your nearest library and throw yourself on the mercy of the librarians! Another search option for you is to look for books by Peter H. Try some Golden Pheasants for a try ,Lady Amherst are becoming a rare commodity and are quite expensive,if you have Foxes and Mink,then no matter what you get you will have problems these two predators.
