- Congrats on the new holes. I found with my industrial healed very fast (4-5 weeks). The sea salt and water works but I would recommend JJ antiseptic wash. Its pain free and has a little better germ killing ability. Also try not to sleep on that side for a while because sometimes the pressure will impede the healing. Good Luck.

- Take it out, let it heal and get it done at a better time. Either that or fail gym. Taking it out and putting it back in every day isn't really an option.
