Q: From the book quot; The Scarlet Letterquot;
He says no. ---- They're, Their, There - Three Different Words. Careful or you may wind up in my next novel. Pax - C
Q: I heard that because of the bicentennial in 2012, a lot of buildings are under renovation. I am worried that when we get there, all the buildings will be under scaffolding and we won't see anything or be able to appreciate the true ambiance of the city. Does anyone know what the city looks like right now?
Hello. You can see most of everything. Not too many buildings in Restoration. The City looks well now . But Buenos Aires and generally Argentina are a mix of things. You visit Argentina and Buenos Aires for Monuments, Food, Culture, Dance and People. So....Enjoy Argentina and have fun
Q: the shop said i might have the wrong ear shape, does anyone know of any pictures or diagrams of the wrong shape so i can see. Also what are some do's and do not's. not like cleaning cos i've read loads of them, just anything else useful. thankssharotoxxx
Hello You should have asked them I dunno whats that mean the wrong ear shape But you can always do a cartilage piercing, it looks a way better Good luck
Q: I've had my industrial piercing for almost 5 years now and I was wondering if I was to take it out if it would close up or how long it would take to close. And after I take it out will it be noticeable that it was there.
If you had it for 5 years it won't close up since its healed up. The holes on mine are pretty small but I have hair covering mine so you can't see it but I've only had mine a little over a month. I do have other piercing that haven't ha anything in for a while and they are not closed like my belly button and I got that done about 7 years now.
Q: So today I decided to get both my tragus' done, a top cartlidge piercing and a scaffolding piercing in one sitting and now I'm in agony and the only aftercare I was given is a tiny bag of rock salt.... SALT!?Any ideas on how to get the swelling down / pain to go away and any tips on how to reduce the chance of getting them infected?
Okay I have my tragus and my cartlidge pierced. I got those two in one sitting, which I regret because the healing process was HORRIBLE. For surely you should ICE them! A LOT! It helps so much with swelling. Also, they should have given you anti-bacterial stuff.. Use that as often as possible! And also remember to move the jewelry around so it doesn't get all crusty and stuck... Good luck!
Q: is it possible to have an industrial piercing done in 2 stages? so like 1 hole first and then a few weeks later the 2nd hole done. ive found a place that for 2 holes is cheaper than having the whole process done as one. Please help :)
yes it is possible. I know people who have done that. But I suggest getting it done at once because it will hurt less in the long run. Getting your cartilage done hurts for about 2 weeks and then get the top part done that is another 2 weeks. So to get it done together it will only hurt for 2 weeks in instead of 4.
Q: I've been watching Japanese anime shows and some of them use a historical background. I would like to have a general idea of what is accepted history and what is alternate. For example; Tokyo was once called Edo. I don't know anything about Japanese history. I'd like to fill in this yawning chasm in my education.
Henshall, a New Zealand professor of Japanese studies, has written a lively and literate introduction to the vast sweep of Japanese history, providing a well-balanced overview that is accessible to the novice without being at all dumbed down. Although his emphasis is on political history, he devotes enough attention to cultural, literary, religious, and economic developments to give the reader a good sense of these spheres as well. He even manages to flavor the text with excerpts from poetry and key historical documents. Roughly equal weight is given to pre-modern and modern Japan. Henshall focuses on key issues in each of his six chapters and provides very useful tables summarizing both historical chronology and the main values and practices that characterized each period. A paperback version of this book, if made available, would find its way into many university surveys of East Asian history.
Q: Bowl buckle scaffold can be used on any ground
Can, sufficient density foot weight-bearing requirements, there is enough, she put one hundred percent safety factor.
Q: What does it mean in the phrase that one can have toxic people in their life and still maintain stability as long as we build a scaffolding?
One of the definitions for scaffolding is a platform or structure on which criminals are killed by being hanged or beheaded. ...It's tempting, but that's probably not what they meant. The other way to look at it is as a stable structure you stand upon while you're working on something unstable. When you are involved with toxic people, you should not rely on them too much, because their effects on you can range anywhere from disappointment to harm. A well structured life that doesn't really need that person for survival or happiness can help you be more resilient.
