Q: In what ways did the increased use of machinery affect workers and working conditions?
Workers production increased a thousand-fold
Q: ...machinery?
The company may try to fire you (but all the more grounds for a lawsuit) I was hurt working one time and well I wanted to but money was tight and they just bought me off anyways... so they could try and fire you for trying to sue them, as far as being legal to do so, I don't think so.. Especially if your company is careless and hazardous, than you got an even bigger chance to win (I would think on legal grounds).. so if you want to pursue it hook up with a lawyer, build your case and than go slap em in the face with the supena to court.. You want it to be solid so it will go in your favor.. just remember that.. hope this helps..
Q: I am searching for a career path that would involve my interests which are dirt biks, atv's and working on machinery. I would like to make at least $50,000 a year.
350-400? hopefully your talking about the cc's and not the price. in that case then i would go for a quad since their great for starters. And a 350, thats more than enough power for you to grow into. id go with a 300, when you grow into it buy mods for it like a pipe and a lot of other stuff.
Q: like who and why and when and how and stuff like that
ice with cream on the top
Q: how to depreciate machinery by using weighted average?
It really depends on how you want it weighted. If you have the original value of your capital asset, your variable depreciation ratio based on the data for the weighted average, and the time period, it's really just a matter of calculation. Can you be more specific with your question?
Q: Some place like south, midwest or something like that. I need this for the scholarship im writing. thanks you
The most would be in the most Industrialized, densely populated part of the country. That is the Northeast, especially between Washington D.C. and Boston.
Q: i found a large rock in the woods in WV. there was a crack on one side of it with little crystals growing in it. the other side is hollow (probley somewhere 2-6in. thick) . i was told that there might be some larger crystals in that cavity. but it is so deep in the woods we only has acces to hand tools and any thing we can carry
If there is a tree nearby, rig up a rope/pulley thing. Over the rock, suspend a heavy weight. Have a knot or something on the rope so the weight will only fall to about halfway down the hieght of the rock. (you don't want to crush it)Using the pulley(s) to help lift the weight, bring it up over the rock. Let it fall as often as needed to break the rock.
Q: Poll: Could the motor from your mouth operate heavy duty machinery; always running?
i have my moments (lol)....i love to chat and at times i babble and ramble on too much and there at times when i have to shut it down!!!! i can't help it....i love to communicate w/others. (smiles)
Q: Will operating heavy machinery adversely affect my ability to drink alcohol?
Work is the curse of the drinking class. --George Bernard Shaw
Q: Frank has bought some expensive machinery from XYZ co. limited. The machinery does not work properly and Frank has complained several times to XYZ co. but they've ignored his complaints. Frank has decided to sue XYZ co. Explain to him which courts the case could go to and what appeal routes are available if he loses the case at first instance
in a civil case-if he looses=he can not appeal. Contact the Better Business Bureau.
