3. What's your normal delivery time?
Our delivery time about 10-20days for standard sizes, if you have other requirements like hardness  and width ,it is about 20-40days. But don't worry ,we also try our best for the delivery time ,because time longer and our cost is higher.
4.Are the products tested before shipping?
Yes, all of our PPGI and GI was qualified before shipping. We test every batch every day

Q:My teacher says if they were that they would still be standing today. I'm not sure if he means the reinforced steel in the concrete beams, columns etc or if the whole beams and columns floor etc were were made of reinforced steel.
There is no way you could make a 110 floor building out of concrete.
Q:Theirs this two handed chinese sword on amazon with a forged combat steel blade and i was wandering if it means combat steel in the same sense that tempered carbon steel can be used?
Combat steel? No such thing... Combat steel is a commercial product... not a true type of steel, since there is no ASTM grade of combat steel... And carbon steel is a WHOLE list of different types of steel, whether it's tempered or not... The company does not provide what steel specifications it has other than combat steel... So my best guess is that it's an alloy of 1095 or 301 spring tempered... both are resilient to snapping and fatigue, and common in modern swords... however, they do not hold an edge very well and are prone to rusting...
Q:does anyone out there know where to get a good deal on a pedal steel guitar? i am from northern indiana and i'm willing to travel some if i have to.i am just getting into pedal steel guitar and i really don't have any idea what i need. i don't know how to play a guitar (i do know how to play the piano and the drums) at all but i want to learn to play the pedal stell guitar and i can't do that without getting one first so, if anyone can help me out i would greatly appreciate it! :o)
I agree with everything that Lester said. Another thought is to consider starting on a lap steel guitar rather than a pedal steel - its related, a little easier to learn on, and less expensive. Once you get proficient on the lap steel, you can move up to the pedal steel. Good luck!
Q:How long do steel coils last?
The durability of steel coils can differ based on different elements, including the steel's quality, the storage or usage conditions, and the specific application. Typically, top-notch steel coils can endure for numerous years or even decades before exhibiting any signs of deterioration or wear. Nevertheless, it is essential to acknowledge that if steel coils are not adequately maintained or shielded from moisture or harsh surroundings, they can be prone to corrosion. Consequently, consistent inspection, maintenance, and appropriate storage or usage methods play a pivotal role in optimizing the lifespan of steel coils.
Q:How are steel coils used in the production of automotive exhaust systems?
Steel coils are typically used in the production of automotive exhaust systems as they provide the necessary material for manufacturing exhaust pipes and components. The coils are often processed and shaped into the desired forms, such as tubes or mufflers, and then welded or fastened together to create the exhaust system. Steel coils are favored due to their durability, heat resistance, and ability to withstand the harsh conditions of exhaust gases, ensuring the longevity and efficiency of the automotive exhaust system.
Q:What are the different methods of edge trimming steel coils?
There are several different methods used for edge trimming steel coils, depending on the specific requirements and preferences of the manufacturer. Some of the common methods include: 1. Slitting: This is a widely used method where the coil is passed through a set of rotating circular blades to cut the edges of the steel coil. Slitting allows for precise trimming of the edges and can be used for various thicknesses of steel coils. 2. Milling: In this method, the edges of the steel coil are trimmed using milling cutters, which remove the excess material to achieve the desired edge finish. Milling is often used for thicker steel coils or when a specific edge profile is required. 3. Shearing: Shearing involves the use of a sharp blade to cut through the steel coil along a straight line. This method is commonly used for thinner steel coils and provides a clean and straight edge. 4. Laser cutting: Laser technology is also employed for edge trimming steel coils. A focused laser beam is used to melt or vaporize the excess material, resulting in a precise and smooth edge. Laser cutting is often used for thinner gauges or when intricate shapes or patterns are required. 5. Water jet cutting: This method utilizes a high-pressure stream of water mixed with abrasive particles to trim the edges of the steel coil. Water jet cutting offers a versatile and precise cutting solution, especially for thicker steel coils and complex shapes. It is important for manufacturers to carefully evaluate their specific requirements, such as coil thickness, desired edge finish, speed, and cost, in order to select the most appropriate method of edge trimming for their steel coils.
Q:I bought a Remington 870 super mag last fall and wanted to to switch to non-tox steel loads. The gun came with a modified rem choke. I know that not all chokes are qualified to handle steel. It doesn't say anywhere on the choke no steel I was just wondering if anyone out there knew for sure that those chokes that the guns come with won't get damaged be steel.

Q:Can steel coils be stored in a humid environment?
Steel coils should not be stored in a humid environment as it can lead to corrosion and damage to the steel.
Q:How do steel coils contribute to the marine industry?
Steel coils are a crucial component in the marine industry as they have various applications that contribute to the development, maintenance, and efficiency of marine vessels. Firstly, steel coils are used in the construction of ships and offshore platforms. Their high strength and durability make them ideal for the hull structure, ensuring the integrity and safety of the vessel, even in harsh marine environments. Additionally, steel coils are utilized in the fabrication of various marine equipment and components. For instance, they are used to manufacture propellers, shafts, and rudders, which are essential for steering and propelling ships. The use of steel coils in these parts ensures their resilience against the corrosive effects of seawater, thus increasing their lifespan and reducing maintenance costs. Moreover, steel coils are employed in the production of marine pipelines and oil rig infrastructure. These coils are transformed into pipes and tubes that are used in the transportation of oil, gas, and other fluids. The strength and corrosion resistance of steel coils are vital in ensuring the reliability and safety of these pipelines, as they need to withstand extreme pressure and exposure to saltwater. Steel coils also play a role in the marine industry's maintenance and repair processes. When a ship undergoes renovations or repairs, steel coils are often used to replace damaged or corroded sections of the vessel. The versatility of steel coils allows them to be molded and welded into various shapes and sizes, making them suitable for different repair applications. Overall, steel coils contribute significantly to the marine industry by providing the necessary strength, durability, and corrosion resistance for the construction, maintenance, and efficiency of marine vessels. Their applications in shipbuilding, component fabrication, pipeline construction, and repair processes make them indispensable to the development and sustainability of the marine industry.
Q:When I got my AR-15 I was told that I should get either get Brass or Steel Case ammo and stick with one or the other, I was wondering why? It surely wouldn't damage anything switching back and forth between the two would it? I got steel case ammo and I have stuck with It and probably will either way, I was just wanting to know it I ever wanted to get some Hornady's or somthing like that.
What the person that told you that failed to mention is that steel ammunition is slightly less malleable than brass so it does not expand as tight to the chamber walls to seal the gap from expanding gasses. This causes a little bit of carbon to build up over time and can make brass ammunition get stuck. The simple solution is to shoot brass before steel, or to clean the chamber really good after firing steel ammunition.
