Q:I tinkered with it and I couldn't get it to turn on a light bulb. My Idea came from youtube I got the exact parts he has the same circuit board the only thing I'm not showing are two switches and my battery i have the switches to keep the current from going to transistor when I turn the thing on, the second is a mystery to me. The circuit board power terminals are on the far left (right:positive) the speaker terminals are on the far right mid board (bottom:positive) He wired the the speaker wires to the PNP transistor and then later added NPN transistor (i was at radio shack and thought about buying a bigger one but the guy said stick with his exact layout until I get the hang of things) I don't know where to put the transistors and have no idea about the switches but I'm assuming one goes from the speakers output to the first transistor: Take the speaker off and connect the contacts to a relay that leads to circuit containing a larger power bank seeing that most kitchen timers now run on one AAA battery. Then to clips for your e - match . Note with this design the timer signal will pulsate the relay for a single on switch it is required to connect the secondary coil contacts to the primary so the circuit keeps its self closed then after launch the circuit will open by itself

Q:I have a 24V 165W BP Solar Panel. I plan on using eight 12V 35 amp hour sealed golf cart batteries in parallel for my battery bank. I plan on purchasing a charge controller and an inverter for my system, but I am not sure which charge controller and inverter to purchase. Will any 12V charge controller work? Do charge controllers take higher voltages, 24V in this case, and step it down for the battery bank? My primary concern is whether 24V is too much voltage to go into a 12V battery bank. It means your power supply, the one you have in your hands, has been operated on a load bank that draws the maximum rated power from the supply for a specific amount of time. It is similar to having an automobile engine run on a test stand at maximum design RPM for a specific amount of time. It is a good thing. Typically a sample of the production run is tested, perhaps 1 in 50, this way and all are plugged in for a few moments to make sure they operate and produce acceptable voltages but that test fails to isolate marginal components. The power supply normally won't be operated long enough for the whole power supply to get to full operating temperature. Temperature is what kills electronics. As components get hot their values change. That change is frequently in the direction that allows more current flow. More current means more heat and this vicious circle continues until something smokes and the supply stops working, best case, or it sets something on fire, worst case. The company that built your supply cared enough to test every supply it makes to the same degree as the cheaper companies test sample supplies. You shouldn't have any trouble with a unit tested this way. At least not for a long time. Congratulations, it sounds like you have an eye for the better stuff on the shelf.

Q:Hello everyone! I am trying to power a device off of a rechargeable battery. I am going to be making a xbox360 laptop but I would like it to be completely cordless. Like I was thinking of taking lithium Ion cells out of laptop batteries and soldering them together to make a bigger power bank to power the xbox360. But the one thing I am wondering is if that would be a good idea? I would like to know every ones input or if anyone has made like lithium ion battery banks or has modified some laptop batteries or something of similar sort and what there out come has been like. Thank you guys for all your help!!: To make power banks out of laptop batteries is somewhat difficult. The problem would be about recharging mostly, and a little about voltage matching. I doubt if anybody has ever managed to do that successfully. Other more feasible approach I would think, is to use lithium ion or polymer batteries commonly used in Radio-Controlled toys and its general battery charger. That way you can fit the voltage, number of cells, and be able to use balancer and general smart battery charger for your purpose. Q:hi, I need help with my bank account. Me and my hubby opened a second account, it is under his name, but he left me in charge of it, I was SIPPOSED to be added to the account, however the lady made some msitakes. He had also ordered a bank card, it has been a month and 2 weeks since the order date. And because I am not on the account I cannot recieve any info. he is now in bootcamp, and it will be about till late jan when he comes home. How could I get added to the account if he is not here? If she is still unable to fix the problem, hopefully, she will remember that you were supposed to be added to the account. If she cannot get you on the checking account, then ask her to get her manager. As for the card, that is a separate account from the checking. It's not really a big deal for you to get your own, assuming your name is on the checking account. You should be able to take care of this on the same trip. For paying bills, there are many companies that take payments online or via an automated phone system. You may be able to pay most, if not all of your bills this way, by just entering the checking account information into their systems. Good luck.
