As I shop for devices I will only shop from this list.For example, my cell phone is a LG -TMS20, with a LG fast charger model DC-45W which requires 12 Volt input at 0.3A 3.6W.If I use this in my mobile home, I can run it straight off the battery, and I don't need 110Volts AC.I will be making a list of every device you can find which runs off 12 Volts DC. I am looking for computer stuff, and sterio stuff.Thanks for your time: Not so many devices these days actually run directly on 12Vdc - usually they run on 5, 6, 7, 9, etc., Vdc. Rather than restrict yourself to only 12 Volt devices, how about investing in some good quality power Inverters that convert 12Vdc power sources to 110 VAC. Now all those gadgets that use 110 VAC input to convert down to 5, 6, 9, 12, 14, etc Vdc will work off of a single (or multiple) Inverters. Your wind generators, solar panels charge your 12V power bank and your 12Vdc to 110Vac Inverters power everything else in the house.

If it damages the laptop, the warranty for the laptop does not cover the damage. I would be most concerned with the voltage, and secondarily with the amperage, that if the output is too high, that could also damage the laptop. I've never even seen them used. It is far more common for people to buy an extra battery.

Q: Hi i'm 16 years old and last year i picked up a 1987 chevy k20. Even though it is an 87 it doesnt have the throttle body injection it has a edelbrock 4 barrel carb. All it has is that carb a set of headers and dual straight pipe exhaust. Can anyone tell me about how much hp and torque i should be putting out as is? Also if theres any other ways i can increase power without breaking the bank. Its going to be a daily driver that i wanna be able to have a little fun with in the fields and in the mud, and hill climbs and so forth. Also i will be using it to haul trailer loads of scrap. Any suggestions?: As is, if the parts were replaced correctly, about 225 horse power. For one thing, Seems like the modifications were intended more to make the truck loud instead of more powerful. Loud does not always equal powerful. Did the installer simply slap on a few random parts or did they take the time to tune the engine and jet the carburetor? If the installer failed to jet the carburetor with these changes the engine could have actually lost about 15% power and fuel economy. Let's face it. Horsepower costs money. At least if you want to make any serious power. The biggest restriction on the Gen 1 SBC was not the mufflers or the intake, it was the cylinder heads. You can't make any serious power on a smogger SBC with the factory stock heads no matter what cam, intake, carb, or headers you use. But the problem is that a decent set of aftermarket heads cost big bucks. A decent set will set you back a couple of grand. But all in not lost if you are mechanically inclined and got the guts. You can port and polish your own heads to make them flow better. If you are a little mechanically inclined this is not out of the question. While you are at it you can do some port matching. The link below is a link to a video that will help get you started. If you get good at it, think of the possibilities. You could do head work on your friends engines and make a little money. You can use this money to buy more go fast parts for your truck.

Ask your bank about overdraft protection such as tying your savings account to your checking in case you overdraft. This only works if you leave a reasonable balance in your savings account.

Thanks!: The wave power is not a good option for the Great Lakes. Although you could generate some power, I don't believe that it would be a viable option for the cost to energy produced ratio. The waves just don't have the umph as the ocean. Of course, if you had the capital for the wave power, given enough time you could pay back the investment easily. Wind power though would be great solution there. Wind power provides more energy than our current solar-power technology, and you can be charging your battery bank overnight, as well as during the day.
